Ha valaki igazán meg akarja ismerni ezt a várost, a Stokker Hotel ennek feltétlenül része.
Pros:

Az a fajta személyre szabott és odafigyelő vendéglátás, amelyben a Stokker Hotel részünk volt, a vendéglátás magasiskolája. A személyes távolságnak, kommunikációnak és kiszolgálásnak az a pontos bemérése, ami biztonságot teremt, de nem tolakodó. Informatív, de nem elárasztó. Pont annyi, amennyire vendégként szükségem van, pont nekem. Érezni lehet, hogy családi vállalkozás a Stokker Hotel, és az is, hogy egy többgenerációs vendéglátó család ez a gondos gazda, aki együtt él, együtt változik ezzel a csodás várossal.
