az érkezéskor a recepciós segítőkészsége nagyon jó benyomást tett rám, a kezdeti problémás kérdéseket nagyon jó érzékkel oldotta meg s kezelte.

Cons:

a vendégek kényelmét és komfort-érzetét jobban szlgálná, ha alapvető pipere-cikkeket találnának a fürdőszobában (legalább a mini-vattapamacs és a fülpucoló). A reggeli is lehetne sokkal választékosabb, pl: nem csak egyfajta kenyér, stb..De azért alapvetően renbódben voltak a dolgok, csak talán nem ártana a *** ellenére sem kicsit többet fejleszteni ésmind jobban fókuszálni a vendégek kényelmére.
