An inexpensive hotel that needs some care.
Pros:

It is in a very good location, close to city center. It js rather inexpensive, and the staff is really nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The property is starting to show its age. It desperately needs a good carpet and upholstery cleaning and better amenities such as in room coffee. The AC also needs to be tuned up.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und gut. Die Hotelkatze hat uns entzückt. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem, das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem. Zudem war das Schlafsofa nicht vorbereitet, wir haben es selber mit dem Equipment aus dem Kasten überzogen. Unser Zimmer lag neben einer stark befahrenen Straße, ich bin mehrmals pro Nach aufgrund der vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge wie Einsatzfahrzeugen aufgewacht.
