Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip in die Berge
Pros:

Sehr modernes Hotel, mit Skiraum, Wellness und großem Pool. Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal am Empfang. Der Pool und der Liegebereich hat den ganzen Tag geöffnet.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider extrem klein und die Decke sehr niedrig, was vor allem im Bad in der Dusche aufgefallen ist.
Im Wellnessbereich ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.
Im Frühstücksraum war zeitweise sehr viel Trubel.

Pros:

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Abendessen und Frühstück ebenfalls. Für die Fahrräder gab es ein eigenes Kellerabteil.

Cons:

Boxspringbetten sind Geschmackssache, geschlafen haben wir darin aber sehr gut.

Cons:

Zostaliśmy oszukani przez hotel. Zarezerwowane zostały 2 pokoje dwu osobowe- łącznie 4 osoby.. W rezerwacji wpisane WSZYSTKIE osoby ktore będą przebywały w hotelu. Przy meldunku nie było problemu, po pierwszej nocy, podczas śniadania bardzo nieprzyjemna Pani na recepcie oskarżyła nas o oszustwo. Nie pomogły negocjacje infolinii booking z hotelem. Pomimo że wszystko zgadzało sie hotel zarządał zapłaty za dwie osoby! Cena w tym samym czasie za pokój 2 osobowy, bez wzgledu czy jest tam jedna czy dwie osoby była taka sama!
Śniadania bardzo ubogie, Miedzy 8.00 -9.00 brak pieczywa i wędlin. Dostępne jedynie płatki

Cumfy night stay with a great staff.
Pros:

The property was clean. The room was excellent but the bathroom is “tight.” The buffet breakfast is spot on. You have to try the breakfast. The dinner was good too, but a little pricey.

Cons:

The only fault was a very small bathroom.

Sehr erholsam und relaxed, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Das Personal war ausserordentlich nett und zuvorkommend, man merkt, dass das Arbeitsklima sehr gut ist. Das sonnendurchflutete Schwimmbad hat unsere Erwartung mehr als erfüllt, auch der Wellnessbereich war richtig gut. Die Boxspringbetten war wirklich gemütlich.

Cons:

Mehr Liegen im Wellnessbereich wären wünschenswert. Ansonsten gibt es keine "Beanstandungen".

The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained, with great amenities including several saunas. The breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent.

Cons:

The sauna area could use some improvement, as the opening hours are quite limited and the design doesn’t match the rest of the hotel. The relaxation area wasn’t very inviting. Breakfast lacked fresh vegetables (only tomatoes, which were often gone), and dinner felt less creative compared to other Vaya hotels. The bed was quite soft, which made it less comfortable to sleep.

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend im Dreiländereck, eine echte Stärke des Hauses. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, besonders hervorzuheben der großzügige Balkon. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, sodass man vollständig zur Ruhe kommen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine solide Auswahl und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer und rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die einzige Einschränkung betraf den Schlafkomfort: Matratzen und Kopfkissen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Abgesehen davon gab es nichts auszusetzen, ein rundum stimmiger Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die Sauberkeit und die Elegante Einrichtung. Die Aussicht und alles drum rum war einfach nur Top.

Cons:

Leider war unser Bad, für 4 Personen einfach mit einer Duschkabiene viel zu klein. Man konnte sich da drin kaum als Erwachsener, bewegen. Viele Handtücher aber nur 2 häckchen an der Tür. Sogar bei seinem Geschäft, hatte man den Heizkörper an der Backe kleben. Also,, einfach zu klein.

Es war gemütlich
Pros:

Das Essen war sehr lecker, besonders das Frühstück. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Lage ist super. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Riesen Salatbuffet.

Cons:

Betten sind viel zu weich.
Sie könnten für Kinder auch zumindest 2 verschiedene Essen anbieten, uns wurden nur die Auswahl aus 3 Menüs vorgeschlagen. Als mein Kind nichts davon wollte weil heikel, hat es jedoch Pommes mit Chicken Nuggets bekommen.
Die Dusche und das Bad insgesamt ist sehr beengend.
