The staff was fantastic. Friendly and personable. Front desk personnel made us feel welcome right away. The rooms met our expectations. The location was perfect for our trip. All in all, we very much enjoyed the Hotel Prokop Square.

Bydleli jsme v nově zrekonstruované budově, moc pěkné pokoje, snídaně perfektní, příjemný personál. Byli jsme moc spokojení 👍
We really loved this place. We lived in the new building, our room was spacious and spotless! The aircondition was very nice and easy to use. The bed was firm but comfortable. We were also happy to have been able to store our bags the last day.
Only negative I can say is the bathroom door, as it was slight see through and with no lock. For some type of vacations, this might not be so comfortable and a normal door would be preferred.
Location
I had minor issues with lighting in my number, even after informing the staff. Speaking about the breakfast, it was nice, however it could have more to choose from.
