Ok hotelli nukkumiseen, mutta ei missään nimessä neljän tähden arvoinen.
Pros:

Yleisilme siistin näköinen päällepäin ja hotellin lähellä oli hyvät kulkuyhteydet muihin kaupunginosiin.

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneessa suihkun katosta roikkui sähköjohto, mikä oli suuri turvallisuusriski ja mitä henkilökunta ei hoitanut sovitusti päivän aikana, kun olimme kaupungilla. Tullessamme takaisin huoneeseen pitkän päivän jälkeen klo 22, huomasimme ettei sähköjohdolle oltu tehty mitään ja jouduimme pyytää uudelleen, että asialle tehdään jotain. Jouduimme odottaa illalla väsyneinä, että huoltomies tuli korjaamaan tilanteen, mikä olisi pitänyt hoitaa jo päivällä ja mitä ei missään kunnon hotellissa alkuunkaan olisi. Hotellin työntekijä totesi, että yrittää sovitella juottamalla meidät humalaan ja ihmetteli ääneen kun emme olleet iloisia.

Lisäksi hotellin lisäosa, jossa majoituimme, oli hyvin keskeneräinen työmaa. Hotellista sai vaikutelman, että se on tehty hienon näköiseksi, mutta pintojen alla kaikki oli pielessä ja tehty hutaisten.

Hissi oli jatkuvasti rikki ja pois käytöstä.

Ilmastointi toimi joten kuten, kun laittoi ilman puhaltamaan täydelle teholle koko päiväksi.

Krásny exteriéŕ aj interiér. Veľmi pohodlené postele a vankúše. Tichá lokalita. Výborný vyber kozmetiky v kúpelni. Skrytý klenot v Prahe.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix calme propre et personnel attentionné

Emplacement a l’écart de l’agitation touristique mais tout accessible par la high line piétonne (30 min à pieds)

Cons:

Organisation des salles de déjeuner un peu confuse tasses à récupérer dans une salle et machine à café disponible dans l’autre. Grilles pains inaccessibles. Assiettes à récupérer au fond de la salle sinon petit déjeuner correct mis à part les oeufs brouillés reconstitués et les jus de fruits artificiels. On trouve des fruits frais à la découpe et des vrais oeufs durs si besoin.

This looks like it will be a fantastic hotel...when it's finished.

I want to be clear upfront: this isn't a review about minor inconveniences. This is a warning to future guests about something that should be disclosed before anyone hands over their money.

Hotel Prokop Square is an active construction site. This fact is nowhere on their Booking.com listing.

My room was unfinished. Where a television should have been: a blank wall with wires poking out of a hole. Coffee service consisted of a tea kettle and a couple of loose pods that had clearly been thrown together as an afterthought. Construction dust coated surfaces throughout. At 7am I was woken by power tools and hammering directly below my room — not a one-off noise, but sustained building work that made sleeping in impossible.

When I raised concerns with the night staff, the response was indifferent at best.

I understand hotels renovate. I understand construction takes time. What I do not understand is why a hotel would take bookings and charge full rates while actively under construction, without a single word of disclosure to guests. People booking a hotel room have a reasonable expectation of a finished room. A television. Basic amenities that weren't assembled five minutes before check-in. A morning that doesn't start with a pneumatic drill.

If your hotel is a construction project, say so on your listing. Let guests make an informed choice. The lack of transparency here is the real issue — and until it's addressed, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Het personeel was vriendelijk.
Het balkon was fijn.

Cons:

De airconditioning deed het niet en het was snikheet in de kamer. Er stond een ventilator in de kamer. Daaruit blijkt dat het probleem met de airco al bekend was en men alsnog de kamer aan gasten gaf. Men bood aan om een monteur te sturen maar daar hadden wij geen zin in.

De douche was vreselijk omdat deze steeds plotseling van temperatuur veranderde. Van heel koud naar pijnlijk superheet.

De ligging van het hotel was ver van het centrum dus flink lopen. De straten in de buurt zijn een beetje onguur met schreeuwende junks en alcoholisten.

Tot slot was de parkeergarage ook een verschrikking. Er was alleen plek voor 5 auto's en de garage is zeer krap. Nauwelijks ruimte om de auto te keren. En dat voor 26 euro per dag.

Al met al raden wij het hotel niet aan. Het is geen 4 sterren waard.
