Exceeded expectations for the price - super comfortable!
Pros:

Everything was great. Clean hotel, staff were super friendly, the location was a bit far but it was easy to get by as the tram/bus connections were super great. We were super pleased and the hotel breakfast was wonderful and had many options to choose from as well. Definitely reccomend!

Cons:

I would prefer for our sheets to have been changed more often and for us to have had a complementary shuttle to the tram station near the hotel as it was on an upward hill and about 10 minutes of walking - therefore difficult with carrying luggage, other than these little luxuries everything was perfect!

Lovely and relaxing atmosphere
Pros:

Lovely hotel, clean and good location close to tram and bus routes to city centre

Cons:

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and firm, Pillows weren’t the best either. Everything else was perfect

Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch und von sehr guter Qualität.
Das Personal war extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Es gibt einen Innenhof der schön gestaltet ist.
Die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich.

Cons:

Die Garage ist im Verhältnis zu den Zimmerpreisen etwas überteuert.
Die Kissen waren zu gross und im Zimmer hatte war Alternative zu finden.
Der Kaffee wurde nicht regelmässig aufgefüllt.
