Pros:

The place is incredible (both the village and the accommodation) - it is the old school that is repurposed. Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and glorious views of the village and the mountain.

Ο ξενώνας αυτός είναι λόγος να επισκεφθεί κανείς το Συρράκο!
Pros:

Υπέροχος ξενώνας που σε κερδίζει πριν καν μπεις. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν φροντίσει και την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Εντυπωσιάστηκα πάρα πολύ από από την δουλειά που έχουν κάνει. Τα δωμάτια είναι πανέμορφα με μεγάλα άνετα κρεβάτια και έχουν όλα υπέροχη θέα και φως. Το δε πρωινό είναι ένα αριστούργημα από τα χεράκια της Ματίνας!

The Old School is een aanrader!
Pros:

Vagelis en Matina hebben deze ‘oude school’ omgetoverd in een fraai hotel. We hebben 4 dagen genoten van hun hartelijkheid, de sfeervolle kamer, het fantastisch ontbijt met veel zelfgemaakte lekkernijen en de waardevolle tips voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.
Je parkeert de auto iets buiten het dorp, maar de bagage werd door Vagelis netjes opgehaald.
Syrakko is een prachtig dorp met enkele taveernes, maar verder zijn er weinig voorzieningen.

Prachtig hotel op een mooie locatie. Goede uitvalsbasis om het noorden van de prachtige Tzoumerka te verkennen.

De badkamer is mooi, maar aan de kleine kant.

Το κατάλυμα είναι υπέροχο στεγασμένο στο παλιό Δημοτικό σχολείο του χωριού με άνετους χώρους και με ολες τις ανέσεις, προσεγμένους μεχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια με γούστο και φινέτσα, υπέροχες εικόνες και γεύσεις και όλα αυτά σε ένα ευδυλλιακό περιβάλλον. Οι ιδιοκτήτες της επιχείρησης ο Βαγγέλης κ η Ματίνα μας φρόντισαν σαν καλεσμένους τους κι οχι σαν απλούς επισκέπτες-πελάτες. Διακριτικά θα σε πάρουν απ το χέρι και αν θες θα σε συμβουλεύσουν που να πας, τι να δεις, τι να φας κλπ. Αν είσαι του βουνού θα επιβεβαιωθείς, αν δεν εισαι του βουνού θα γίνεις. Στο παλιό Δημοτικό σχολείο του χωριού στεγάζεται ο ορισμός της φιλοξενίας.

An authentic spot, in a beautiful village surrounded by mountain tops, with the most attentive hosts!
Pros:

We loved this place! Lovingly restored, very comfortable, and so hospitable! Matina and her husband make you feel like you’re home. She bakes the best pies and coffee cakes every morning and is happy to offer suggestions and give directions to local attractions. My son had a bit of a cold, but thanks to her herbal tea with honey and pills from her own supply he quickly recovered. Thanks a million for everything, it was a memorable visit!

Cons:

The road to Syrrako is a bit challenging, but definitely worth the effort. Best off-the-beaten path experience!

Ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons!
Pros:

Hotel très charmant, décoré avec gout. Très propre. Le petit déjeuner offre des produits frais locaux, il y en a pour tous les gout. Les propriétaires ont pris le temps de nous indiquer des randonnées et nous ont appris beaucoup sur l'histoire de la région.

Unbelievable. A destination not a stop through. I could stay here for weeks.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and local and fresh and homemade goods that were unique to the region and proprieter.

Cons:

There was nothing I didnt like. It felt like a new home and very loving and amazing and the people in the community to were exceptional and glad to have us and the staff and owners were genuine, kind, exceptionally organized with perfect advice and planning custom to our needs and situation.
