Even though it says credit cards are accepted on Booking, the owner insisted that we pay cash. This was towards the end of our trip, we were low on cash and chose San Marino hotel over other good rated and cheaper hotels because it supposedly accepts cards. Ended up having to pay cash put us in a very awkward situation.
We made it clear to the owner we had to leave by 9 am the next day and needed to take breakfast at 8 (breakfast is supposedly served between 8 and 10). The owner didn't show up until 8:30 am. We ended up leaving without breakfast that was included in the price.
Overall a bad experience at the San Marino hotel, the only bad one on our 10 day road trip in Alabama.

Salle de bain à revoir, pas de rideaux pour les fenêtres. Pas dans le bâtiment de l’hôtel, chambre dans l’immeuble d’à côté. Beaucoup de bruit à l’extérieur.
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. La camera arredata con gusto pulita e curata, cosa che per me è fondamentale. La colazione è stata davvero formidabile: varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è il proprietario: una persona gentilissima, sempre disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. È raro trovare un’accoglienza così calorosa e autentica. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca pulizia, ottima colazione e un’atmosfera familiare e accogliente.

Perfect location in the city center, with a very clean room and secure garage parking. Everything you need is just a 2-minute walk away, including bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
La posizione era comodissima sia per il centro, che si poteva raggiungere a piedi in 5 minuti, che per la spiaggia che invece era a 5 minuti di macchina.

Il personale lo chiamato ripetute volte non rispondeva mai sono andata a chiedere al bar dove era scritto da loro che si poteva fare il check in e loro non sapevano nulla
Pas d acceui, ce n est pas un hôtel mais une chambre dans un immeuble Cage d escaliers pas propre et pas accueillante... Le propriétaire m avait promis une bouilloire mais l à apporté le lendemain
Le premier jour pas d internet, il est venu le lendemain et le rideau occultant fait la moitié de la fenêtre et il est détaché... Manque d entretien

“Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was modern, quiet, and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!”
It was a very good experience. It's cheap and very comfortable. Staff was great and helpful, and communication with him was easy and fast. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back.
