Pros:

Gli orari della colazione non sono stati precisissimo però la colazione, quando siamo riusciti a farla, era buona e ricca.

Cons:

All'arrivo il bagno era sporco, con macchie di pipi sul water e capelli sparsi sul pavimento.
L'aria condizionata non funzionava benissimo, quindi nella stanza con un'unica finestra che dava sulle scale, non circolava aria.

Esperienza assolutamente NEGATIVA!

Nonostante la nostra prenotazione risultasse regolarmente confermata su Booking, al nostro arrivo in serata non c’era nessuno ad accoglierci e la struttura era completamente chiusa! Abbiamo provato più volte a contattare la struttura senza ricevere alcuna risposta.

Solo grazie all’aiuto di una persona presente in zona siamo finalmente riusciti a contattare telefonicamente l' host. Al suo arrivo ha provato a motivare il disguido dicendo che fosse un errore di Booking per poi confessare che aveva preferito affittare la stanza a chi aveva prenotato per più giorni di noi senza però cancellare la nostra prenotazione, ne avvisarci. INACCETTABILE.

Alla fine, l host ha contattato un'altra struttura per sistemarci altrove. Una situazione estremamente stressante e spiacevole, che avremmo voluto evitare completamente.

Totale mancanza di organizzazione, comunicazione e rispetto nei confronti degli ospiti. SCONSIGLIO vivamente questa struttura.

Hotel sans comptoir d'accueil (nous ne savons pas) Sans Buffet de petit déjeuner. Personne très agacée a notre arrivée. Nous avions du retard du a la circulation mais dans son dernier message elle nous disais d'arriver quand on voulait. Chambre pas très propre. Surtout la salle de bain. Le rideau de la chambre pas assez grand pour occulter les 2 baies. Papier toilette sale. Barre de douche cassée et système pour le paumo cassé aussi. Les toilettes a 2 cm du bac de douche. Petit déjeuner tres succinct. Gel douche a moitié rempli donc deja utilisés.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone at San Marino Hotel for making our stay so special.

The apartment was spotless, fresh, beautifully maintained, and everything worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest after long days of traveling around Albania.

What made our stay truly unforgettable, however, was your kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. During our visit we celebrated our wedding anniversary, which made this day especially important to us. Thanks to the help and care of the hotel manager, everything was absolutely perfect. We truly appreciate the effort and attention that made our anniversary such a wonderful memory.

We are a family from Poland traveling across Albania, and thanks to people like you, we will always remember this beautiful country with great affection. You made us feel genuinely welcome and at home.

Horrible y ojo, pinta de timo

Auténtico timo. Teníamos check in hasta las 00:00 y a las 19:00 llegamos y nos dijo que había ocupado nuestra habitación… pero que había hablado con un amigo… que nos buscaba una solución. Nos llevó a otro hostal, en un barrio que estaba fatal (casa sin terminar, calles de tierra…) y nos dijo que pasáramos a verlo. Me negué. Sonaba a timo… robo… a de todo.
Luego nos dijo que no quería pagar las tasas de cancelación de booking y que confiáramos en el… que a las 00:00 lo cancelaría. Insistí y al final lo cancelo gratuitamente. Pero no me gustó nada. Fue desagradable.
Mire en booking y seguían ofreciendo habitaciones libres para ese día. Se ve que es una estrategia que emplean. Te ves en un país desconocido… y algunos cederán y se alojarán en el otro sitio

Un completo desastre. Trato pésimo por parte del propietario, maleducado y culpabilizando al cliente por sus errores, sin nombrar el mal estado y falta de limpieza de la habitación. Ubicación que deja un poco que desear en cuanto a seguridad

Cons:

La camera non aveva una finestra. In Italia sarebbe vietato. Quindi era claustrofobica anche se con aria condizionata. Il check in alle 9.00 è troppo presto dato che la colazione inizia alle 8.30... almeno alle 10.00 sarebbe più corretto soprattutto se si vuole riposare di più.

Cons:

Even though it says credit cards are accepted on Booking, the owner insisted that we pay cash. This was towards the end of our trip, we were low on cash and chose San Marino hotel over other good rated and cheaper hotels because it supposedly accepts cards. Ended up having to pay cash put us in a very awkward situation.
We made it clear to the owner we had to leave by 9 am the next day and needed to take breakfast at 8 (breakfast is supposedly served between 8 and 10). The owner didn't show up until 8:30 am. We ended up leaving without breakfast that was included in the price.
Overall a bad experience at the San Marino hotel, the only bad one on our 10 day road trip in Alabama.
