Veldig fin hotell med avslappende atmosfære. Perfekt for familie spesielt med små barn.

Micul dejun un dezastru, o sărăcie lucie, același două roșii si castraveți, omleta fără gust salam cald,iar la partea de dulce practic același chec uscat, nu este plaja decât mai departe contracost, piscina de la vecini contracost

Secondo me la pecca maggiore è il fatto che quando si esce dalla stanza togliendo la scheda chiave toglie corrente a tutta la camera, anche al climatizzatore e quando si torna la camera purtroppo non è fresca come si vorrebbe. Posizione comoda ma non ottimale per il momento, ma nella zona stanno facendo molti lavori di riqualificazione/ampliamento, da rivalutare in futuro

We had an excellent stay at Bel Ami Suite Hotel in Vlorë. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect so quiet, and close to the beach.

The Breakfast was very tasty and delicious especially Better, jam and Cake homemade

L accoglienza dei padroni dell albergo e la loro professionalità e disponibilità.
Hanno un ottimo staff che collabora con loro.Colazione top.Pulizia top..Buona posizione per girare in macchina o barca.

Cons:

Sarebbe bello che avessero il loro pezzo di spiaggia con lettini ed ombrelloni ma a causa lavori stradali devono aspettare.

I am impressed with the service at Bel Ami Suites. When we first arrived, the reception from the hotel owner was very welcoming. When we went to the room, everything was perfect. The cleanliness was at a very high level. The beds were very comfortable. Both rooms were equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom was very clean. There you have shampoo for hair, a hairdryer, and if you forgot your toothbrush or toothpaste, they will provide new ones. Each bed is equipped with two pillows.
The next day, when we went for breakfast, the hotel owner explained everything about the food. Many of the products are from nearby villages, such as warm milk, traditional jam, and cheese. Even the eggs were from local farms. The kitchen has a large space, sufficient for all guests. There is underground parking for cars. The beaches are very close, just a 3–4 minute walk away. I was simply amazed by the quality of the service. I recommend this hotel


Я впечатлён сервисом в Bel Ami Suites. Когда мы впервые приехали, нас очень хорошо встретила владелица отеля. Когда мы вошли в номер, всё было идеально. Чистота была на очень высоком уровне. Кровати были очень удобные. Оба номера были оснащены кондиционерами. Ванная комната была очень чистая. Там есть шампунь для волос, фен, и если вы забыли зубную щётку или пасту, вам предоставят новые. Каждая кровать оснащена двумя подушками.
На следующий день, когда мы пошли на завтрак, владелица отеля объяснила всё о еде. Многие продукты из ближайших деревень, например тёплое молоко, домашнее варенье и сыр. Даже яйца были с фермы. Кухня имеет большое пространство, достаточное для всех гостей. Есть подземная парковка для автомобилей. Пляжи находятся очень близко, примерно в 3–4 минутах ходьбы. Я был просто поражён уровнем сервиса. Рекомендую этот отель

Piękny pokój z widokiem na morze i góry

Cudowi właściciele , dbają o każdy szczegół aby pobyt w ich hotelu byl najlepszy , śniadania -każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, czystość i codzienne sprzątanie pokoi na najwyższym poziomie, łóżka bardzo wygodne.Polecam bardzo miejsce i właścicieli którzy wkładają całe serce w to miejsce .

Cons:

Jedyne czego brakowało małej suszarki na pranie na balkon po powrocie z morza, żeby wysuszyć ubrania ale poradziliśmy sobie na krzesłach.

The breakfast was good. The fresh vegetables and fruit, homemade jam, and butter were all very nice. There were also different types of eggs and cheeses available. However, I didn't like the coffee.

Dobar hotel, u blizini plaže, ali ne posjeduje svoju plažu, tako da morate platiti ležaljke.

Udobni kreveti i dobar pogled.

Cons:

Nije mi se svidjelo nekoliko stvari, nadam se da će vlasnici razmisliti o tome.

1. Nismo dobili nikakav račun, a plaća se isključivo u kešu, tako da je to čudno.
2. Kafa za vrijeme doručka je užasna i tanka. Iako mo to rekli vlasnici, ništa nije uradila, te je sutra poslužena jednako loša kafa. Pravdala se kako je to američka kafa, ali ne radi se o tome, nego o količini filter kafe koja je nedovoljna, pa se kroz nju može vidjeti, kao da je voda.
3. Espresso se plaća. Taj trošak je toliko mali da je to vrlo čudno, i rijetko gdje se u hotelijerstvu radi.
4. Iako imaju privatni, spori punjač za električna vozila, naplaćuju komercijalnu cijenu, i to istu kolika je u susjednom hotelu za brzi punjač. A trošak jednog punjenja je možda dva eura, dok bismo njima platili tridesetak. I to takođe u kešu...

Radije bih platio više, a da je sve uključeno u cijenu. Ovako se osjećam kao da mi neko stalno nešto naplaćuje.

Our stay at Bel Ami Suita was absolutely wonderful. We received a warm welcome from the lovely hosts, and the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always smiling. The organic breakfast was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed spending time on the beautiful terrace with its stunning view. Plus, coming back from the beach every day to a spotlessly cleaned apartment was a huge plus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect summer getaway—you won't regret it! We will definitely be back.

Cons:

However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The kitchen area lacks basic cutlery—the drawers were completely empty. It would also be very useful to install a towel drying rack on the terrace for beach gear. Additionally, the fridge was quite small and didn't cool very well. Lastly, it was inconvenient that they do not accept card payments; everything must be paid strictly in cash.

Despite these issues, it’s a lovely place, but fixing these details would make the stay perfect.
