We had booked three nights to stay at Ratanakiri Paradise Hotel and Restaurant and we stayed for seven .. I think that says it all! It is a little bit of paradise with an owner who is very warm, welcoming and goes out of her way to make sure her guests have the most enjoyable stay. The accommodation has AC, the rooms are clean and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom, a hot shower and bathrobes; the rooms have all the facilities you really need. The staff are very attentive and the chef cooks excellent meals from a varied menu. The portions are extremely generous and you certainly wont go hungry. The hotel is situated off the beaten track and the road can be a little challenging, but it’s worth the journey as the views and the gardens are beautiful, tranquil and away from the maddening bustle of a city. It isn’t far from the city and a number of waterfalls .. we filled our days and evenings with a mixture of chilling at the resort and exploring, so it is a perfect location for all your needs. It is extremely good value for money and we would recommend you stay here if you are in this area of Cambodia.

I was cancelled
They were very accommodating. They arranged a pick up from the bus stop by car which was only $3. They let us check in early because we arrived at 6:30am. Breakfast was prepared right away with unlimited tea and coffee. The pool and the facility was beautiful. They arranged for our bungalows to be connected to each other as well. The staff was very nice. They also connected us with a trekking guide that took us to the waterfall.
Lovely family at the resort and so accommodating! We really enjoyed our time. The food was also delicious! Thoroughly recommend staying here if you like nature and a nice friendly family vibe.
The road to the resort is very bumpy- you can only really use a car, however, we really enjoyed the bumpy roads! The resort was great for transport between the resort and places in Ban Lung.
It was a nice resort with nice swimming pool and great views.
No WiFi, electricity was not powerful, unable to blow hair or charge the phones. The property owner said there was nothing he could do because the resort was too far from the city. Low workmanship and low maintenance. Low water pressure to flush the toilet. We booked bungalows, but no water working there, so they replaced standard rooms instead. No buffet for BF, not much selection for BF. Foods were expensive and not delicious.
This is an amazing place surrounded by beautiful nature. Peace and quiet make it the perfect place for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, making me feel at home. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for relaxation surrounded by nature and wants to experience warm service.
Owners were really caring, they made a piece of art with some towels and flowers for our wedding anniversary. We came with the flu and they gave us some ginger, lemon and honey tea which were just perfect for our sore throats. View was wonderful, you could see the hills of forest around on the terrace, was beautiful especially during sunset time. Easy to rent a motorbike and they can order a TukTuk for you and arrange tours and other activities. Nice swimming pool. There’s is a pool table at the restaurant and you can ask to eat in your room and it was good meals very convenient! Finally, the place is remote around 8 min from the city so it is very quiet and relaxing away feels like hidden from the world kind of feeling ;)
No vegan options in the restaurant menu beside some garlic pasta which they were out of the second day. No wifi in the rooms and the wifi at reception was slow and not reliable…. And you can hear people outside the room, which is not normally a concern since everything was pretty quiet but we had a night were some people drunk and were loud till 4 am by the pool and so we couldn’t get some sleep till then…
Staff sorted out scooters for us, helped us with arranging wifi in our room and were very friendly and helpful, you can arrange paid lifts to and from ban lung with them via WhatsApp :)
Overall the hotel is overpriced for what it is. Hotel is quite far out from ban lung, the menu at the hotel restaurant is very expensive and overpriced compared to similar restaurants in ratakaniri and the quality was not good. The hotel were very nice and gave us the wifi box as we were the only guests however usually there is no wifi in the rooms only at the restaurant area. Also very hard to keep the ants out of your room.
Lovely location, out of town a bit and overlooking the scenic countryside. Very quiet and hospitable staff.
Their were a few big mosquitoes hanging around outside but the rooms had a good screens to keep them out.
I called from the bus station at 6:00 in the morning, asked for a pickup and after 20 minutes I was picked up by an 4WD car. I got my room at 7:00 AM in without extra charge. Delicious breakfasts, amazing view from the restaurant and pool. Nature, peace, rest, a tropical garden and a manager who helped me with planning local trips. I highly recommend. Thank you for visiting this magical place.

There is noise to be heard by people nearby. Can not sleep well. Insufficient telephone service. If Wi-Fi is no longer available.(This is what I saw)
The best place for relaxing after Covid-19 quiet and beautiful area of mountains view the staff are friendly and helpful
