La atención de la recepción pésima, las habitaciones con mal aseo, decia que daban desayuno y era falso, nos tocó pedir cambio de habitación porque la cama tenia una varilla, nos dieron otra con tendidos de cama muy cochinos y el baño no tiene puerta, mucho ruido hasta tarde porque lavan ropa y muy temprano tambien, no servían los controles del televisor y olía muchísimo a humedad.
Tenaz, le falta todo para ser un excelente lugar de estancia y mas por el costo que se debió pagar para hospedaje.

La ubicación del hotel y sus instalaciones

Cons:

1. Aseo deficiente en la habitación; aunque soy cliente asidua desde hace aproximadamente 2 años, esta vez se le indicó que el aseo se realiza día de por medio. Así mismo, pude notar que esparcen el desinfectante sin haber barrido y el piso queda pegajoso y sucio.
2. Hay parte del personal que aparentemente se disgusta ante una novedad del cliente y sus respuestas son en un tono displicente y poco agradable

Ubicación buena, buenas duchas, siempre había agua y café disponible y el personal ayudó con las maletas para guardarlas antes del check in

Las instalaciones de mi habitación eran distintas a lo que vi en imágenes, de hecho el cuarto era pequeño en comparación a lo que seleccioné en las imágenes
