Cons:

Poco aseado, mucho olor a humedad, sábanas sucias, el baño no tenía jabón para lavarse las manos, tampoco había jabón de baño, la cama tenía un olor poco aseado.

No reciben pago con tarjeta y antes de llegar no me avisaron, tuve que salir y retirar en un cajero para pagar en efectivo.

El aseo de la habitación muy mal.

Pésimo servicio. Me dejaron sin hotel, sin habitación.

Hice mi reserva el domingo, para el día jueves, el mismo jueves a las 9am hablé con los encargados confirmando mi reserva. Llego al hotel en horas de la noche y me dicen que no hay disponibilidad. No dan respuesta, no dan solución.

El desayuno es muy malo, la habitación que me asignaron no fue nada parecida a las fotos que tienen en Booking, los tendidos se ven sucios, la ducha está en muy mal estado y el agua se queda represada. Además no hay un control de ruido, durante toda la noche estuvieron en los pasillos haciendo mucho ruido, lo que imposibilita dormir bien.

Recomendación respeten la reservaciones
Pros:

Tuve una muy mala experiencia, porque hice la reservación con un mes y medio anticipación y cuando llegue me dijeron que no había habitaciones me dejaron esperando aproximadamente tres horas me querían cobrar más dinero y no lo recomendaría
