Pros:

Very nice and comfortable boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Please, add some yogurts for the granola and maybe more sweet at the breakfast.

The property is clean, modern, well located and the parking is a very useful feature

Cons:

Although I clearly indicated when I reserved the two suites that we would have 5 adults and 1 child, I selected the appropriate occupancy options for each room and added the names of all guests. One of the rooms was specifically booked at a lower rate because it was for 2 adults and 1 child.

However, at check-in, I was told that the reservation only showed 3 adults and 1 child, and I was asked to pay an additional $300+ for the other two adults, including their breakfast.

I do not understand how this discrepancy occurred, particularly since I entered the correct number of guests when making the reservation. I also do not understand why there would be such a significant additional charge when the original room rates I booked already reflected the maximum occupancy allowed per room.

A great location and nice stay with some recommendations for improvements
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for us since we had a car and we were very close to the entrance of the old town. The hotel had parking for us at 10 Ron per day.

Cons:

We felt they were a bit understaffed. The same people who run breakfast also run reception so sometimes you had to wait for service. I think the hotel has a lot of potential but has some shortcomings. The room would be much nicer if they had hardwood floors like the reception area. We didn’t like the room’s carpeting floors. The electronic window blinds were lovely for privacy.,The biggest disappointment was the mattress. It was hard and lumpy. The shower was also very slippery . My sense is that the staff is limited. There was one day the room wasn’t cleaned and I know we left the light on for cleaning but were later told our light was on for not disturb. Then later were told that sometimes happens. Also the lightbulb to one of our bedroom reading lights blew out. It’s all about maintenance. There is a lot of potential here just needs some love and care. A bar lounge area at night for drinks when returning to the hotel would make it a 4 star along with these improvements.

Lovely boutique hotel with a beautiful view over the city.
The staff were wonderful, the rooms were comfortable, and the location is about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town.
Parking is available for an extra fee, and the breakfast room is beautiful.
Breakfast itself was fresh and very tasty.

Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the hotel

Cons:

We chose the hotel mainly because of the air conditioning and even confirmed it before arrival. Unfortunately, it wasn’t strong enough to properly cool the suite, and during the August heat the room was quite warm at night.

Breakfast is à la carte and very good, but after four days we would have appreciated a little more variety.
