Great location and superbly helpful staff. Their food recommendations were excellent and they are a 15 minute walk to the best part of town. The free bikes were a bonus.
Even sent videos of our room before arrival.

It was a nice big room , good hard mattress which suited both of us. It was in the center, but the hotel is located in a quiet street.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them . They even booked our bus tickets, and arranged it for transportation to the busstation.
We will highly recommend Midmist hotel .

The hotel was well organised, sending me check in information and things to do in Can Tho the day before via WhatsApp. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The location is central, 15 minutes walk to the night market. Bicycles are also available for guests to use for free. This is a really nice touch. Lovely butterfly pea and chia drinks greeted us when we entered in the room. A lovely gesture! The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. When my car rental company messed up my booking, giving me only very late notice they were unable to fulfill their service, the staff were all ready to help me find alternative solutions and book the best options for me even at 10.30pm. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The staff there is really nice, they helped us everytime and they discussed with some locals who didn’t understand English. The location is pretty great, close to many things. The room is big and you have everything you need there.
There are ants in the room and in the bathroom, don’t know from where they are coming, as we had no food in the room.
The family room is very spacious and well equiped.
There is a café downstairs but no food for breakfast.

Great location and hotel was super helpful in helping with with transport to and from the bus station and organising onward travel. We also booked a Delta trip they offered which was a great trip.
Midmost Villa location is ideal and peaceful.

Helpful staff and it is unfortunate that I didn't get the name for two staff member; Male (the guy who help to transport my big duffel bag and handle our checking-out from other hotel) and female staff that assist us to get rid of the ant on evening time, otherwise I would shout out to them for attempt to help us in dealing with ants issue.
We had issue with ants on our room, days later the sales lady (we been communicating via whatsapp) recommended we change to nearby hotel (an Apartment run by the same company Midmost).
Notice there was few ants around and i suspect there's ants nest somewhere.
Try not to leave any food or snack bits lying around (or sealed them if the snack come with ziplock bag).
The room a/c seems noisy, not too cold and need a maintenance.
MIDMOST C22 APARTMENT: Though the room is better but the location is not ideal as its near the busy road compared to Midmost Villa.

It wasn't an issue for us but be aware that there isn't an elevator, only stairs. The room could do with a coat of paint. There were a few ants in the room so don't leave any food etc lying around which they may be interested in.

The staff is amaizing. They are trying really hard to please you. We were staying in a family room, which was very spaceous. We also took their tour to the floating market which was well priced comparing to other agents, and we had our private tour guide, which was really lovelly. Villa is located in a quiet streat, so you can rest.
The tails in shower needs general cleaning. They are NOT dirty, but they are full of scale.
