Enganyen als clients sobre la unicaciócdel hotel respecte al centre del poble. Es un engany. La resta está bé.

El personsl correcte. El bufet del esmorzar molt bé.

Cons:

La distancia al centre del poble. La página de booking diu que l.hotel está a 300 m. del centre de Canillo. La realitat está a uns dos quilómetres amb una pujada de centenars de metres.

Fully renovated modern hotel with a spa. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Tea set in the room. Excellent restaurant with cook-to-order options both for breakfast and dinner. Accommodating staff.

Cons:

Generally I wouldn’t recommend it as a ski hotel unless you have a car. While the shuttle to the lift works fine (9am-6pm), you are confined to the hotel for the rest of the day as the village is 30 min on foot on the road w/o sidewalks in darkness. Ski lockers not heated.
Winter tires/chains mandatory in smallest snowfall! I saw at least 3 cars blocked on not very steep sections. Also, parking is expensive and road is narrow.
I stayed in standard room which has small window looking to the wall hence very dark. Not very important as you spend your day outside but It’s not explicitly mentioned in the description. Smart TV apps don’t work with wi-fi authentication via portal. Also, there seems to be panoramic terrasse in the restaurant but it was closed in winter. Generally there is no cozy common space to sit other than bar and restaurant which is unusual for 4*.

Hotel muy acogedor en los pirinios

La cena y el desayuno buffet era espectacular!
No por la cantidad de las cosas, si no todo lo contrario era pequeño y acogedor y la calidad de la comida era buenísima, y el personal muy atento

Amazing Hotel with great people and great food, the best stay I ever had at a hotel.

Bardzo dobry hotel, śniadania i kolacje wyśmienite przygotowywane przez hotel. To mocna strona tego hotelu. Personel bardzo, bardzo pomocny. Nowoczesny hotel w bardzo dobrym standardzie hoteli narciarskich.
