Room rates on 24 and 31 December and 5 January include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

Goed hotel, aardige medewerkers, ze hebben geen fietsenstalling, maar ik mocht mijn electrische E-bike in een hok in het hotel zetten ( ook opladen ), prachtig uitzicht over Canillo,

Cons:

Geen winkels in de buurt, naar het dorp, de berg af, te ver om EVEN te lopen, tijdens mijn verblijf van 22t/m24 april was het restaurant gesloten. Je kon slechts een matig kwalitatieve hamburger of salade in de “ Engelse pub “ kopen

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme des employés, la piscine/spa, la chambre, le petit déjeuner et l'ambiance du bar avec les jeux proposés comme le billard, baby-foot, flipper, fléchettes (payants)

Très bon rapport qualité prix , propre , calme insonorisation des chambres très bien . Pas loin de tout . Petit déjeuner très bien. Spa très bien .

Cons:

Manque de choix au buffet du soir. Très bon , de la très bonne qualité mais manque un peu de choix sur le buffet.

Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia y estaba muy limpia. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. El desayuno muy completo y las camas muy cómodas. Que tenga spa el hotel es un punto muy positivo!

Cons:

Como mejora, estaria bien controlar mejor el acceso al spa para que no este tan lleno, quizás acotando el horario que reservas a una hora o dos como mucho.

Personal amable, habitación muy amplia.
Buen desayuno variado.

Cons:

La ubicación es horrible, pagar parking como en toda Andorra aún estando apartadísimo vale, pero para ir al pueblo por un camino de cabras bajando y subiendo la montaña durante 15'.
Detalle muy feo cobrar entrada por usar spa y piscina (aceptable, aunq no lo indicaba en la web), pero limitar la hora de acceso a niños de 13 años que han pagado la entrada me parece vergonzoso.
