Una mala experiencia, pasamos la noche sin poder descansar y nadie se hizo responsable.
Pros:

Por el monto de la reserva debería contar con desayuno buffet. Hoy el mismo es brindado por un tercero que tiene concesionado el bar.

Cons:

Tuve un inconveniente a la noche ya que en las habitaciones contiguas a nuestro cuarto alojaron a menores sin control de adultos. Los mismos hicieron ruidos a partir de las 12 de la noche (gritos, música y golpes de puertas). Esto se reclamo y recién a las 3 am apareció el único recepcionista que estaba. Más allá de reclamar no hizo nada más, ante mi reclamo se ofendió y me provocó. En definitiva el recepcionista no hizo nada, creo deberían tener seguridad y previo a ello no permitir menores sin control en los cuartos. En conclusión veniamos de un largo viaje, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche y al otro día teníamos que seguir viaje a nuestra provincia. Pagamos por un servicio (caro) que no tuvimos. Al momento del check out hice de nuevo mi reclamo pero no hubo ninguna consideración. Todo lo expuesto está registrado en sus camaras.

Somos una familia de 5 y solo conseguimos una habitación cuádruple con una cama extra grande y dos camas individuales, no tuvieron ningún problema es alojarnos igual ya que las niñas podían dormir conmigo en la cama extra grande asique eso estuvo buenísimo ya que no en todos los hoteles lo permiten
