El que tenga bañera con hidromasaje y no funcione; ofrecer la habitación con cocina y cuando solicitas los cubiertos te den plato de postre y cubierto de plástico; las almohadas muy altas; las lámparas de poca potencia; y las cortinas que no llegan a tapar la claridad del exterior; que solo te den una sola llave para acceder a la habitación

The location is okay — it’s convenient if you want easy access to the nearby shopping center (Dinosaurio Mall) and the northern part of the city. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, which made check-in smooth. The bed was comfortable, which helped make the nights bearable. Shampoo and soap were provided in the bathroom.
However, there are some notable drawbacks that affected my stay. The internet was terrible; it was slow, unreliable, and kept dropping, which was frustrating for basic browsing or work. You can hear quite a bit of outside noise, even though the room itself felt fairly quiet overall. The lights from the shopping center shine into the room at night, and the blackout curtains don’t fully block them out, making it a bit brighter than ideal for sleeping.
