Pros:

La atención del personal era pertinente.

Cons:

Lo negativo del lugar es su ubicación. Queda en el corazón del Barrio La Merced, lugar donde arreglan autos y venden respuestos. No hay muchos lugares cerca para comprar almuerzo o desayuno. Queda cerca de un puente donde hay personas en situación de calle, por lo que es peligroso caminar por ahí de tarde o noche.
Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y no hay tina de baño: inodoro, lavamanos y ducha está todo junto, en un espacio reducido.

Cons:

Attendre les klaxons et les alarmes toute la journée, quartier très bruyant. Quand ça parle, et il a un va et viens insesens dans le corridor, tu entends tout. Ça parle dans l'autre chambre tu entends tout.

The mattresses were not comfortable at all, the air conditioning didn’t work properly so it was hot, and the toilet is next to the shower without a curtain, so everything gets wet.
