mi cuarto pero el de mis amigas no

Cons:

un cuarto estaba con humedad y se perdió la casaca de mi hijo quedaron en darme respuesta y nunca me escribieron. y las personas de recepción no conocen mucho el proceso de administración del hotel y tampoco la zona, ya que no sabían dar referencias de los lugares o calles

No tan buena.
Cons:

La ducha se atora con el agua, al parecer es un problema recurrente.
La primera noche encontré un pelo en el interior de la cama, la sábana sucia.
Podría mejorar la limpieza. Llegué con mi perro y me cobraron 50 soles adicionales lo cual no menciono en el anuncio de la reserva.

Upon my arrival, my room was not ready because it was still occupied, so I had to wait three hours for it to be cleaned. At night, there was a loud party near our bedroom with very loud music playing until the early hours, preventing us from sleeping at all.

sehr angenehmer aufenthalt
Pros:

schönes großes zimmer mit rießigem bett, badewanne mit whirl pool funktion, warmes wasser und guter wasserdruck in der dusche, kühlschrank im zimmer, frühstück inkludiert, eigene bar und restaurant, lage ist ok, es gibt einen pool

Cons:

handtücher extrem dick und steif, sehr hellhörig was vor allem ein problem ist wenn eine veranstaltung stattfindet, pool ist sehr kalt, kühlschrank brummt sehr laut, niemand kann englisch, zimmer lässt sich hinsichtlich der terassentür nicht versperren da es im erdgeschoss liegt und die tür von außen aufgeschoben werden kann
