We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful family-owned estate. The accommodation is very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The whole property is lovely and perfect for families.
Our children especially enjoyed the many farm animals on the estate. The hosts are extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming.
A big plus is the ski shuttle bus stop right in front of the house.

As a family-run place, it instantly makes you feel at home — warm, welcoming, and personal.
Our room was cosy, spotless, and very comfortable, with great beds. The daily cleaning was outstanding — something you don’t always get even in 5-star hotels.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options for every taste.
A huge plus is the SPA area — perfect for relaxing and recovering after a full day on the slopes.
The location is also great: about a five-minute drive to the main ski lifts and close to everything you need (bars, restaurants, shops).
After staying here, we only have one wish — to come back as soon as possible. Thank you!

Klidné místo, výborná výchozí lokalita pro lyžování - během pár minut dojezdové vzdálenosti do mnoha různých lyžařských středisek. Skibus přímo před hotelem. Dobrá lyžárna, bezproblémové parkování. Hotel čistý udržovaný. Nejvýše hodnotíme wellness - moderní, příjemné prostředí, využili jsme každý den a většinou jsme ho měli pouze pro sebe.
Celkově jsme byli spokojeni, zejména wellness kvůli kterému jsme místo vybrali splnilo očekávání. Potřebovali jsme čistě přestat a být blízko ski areálu s účel to splnilo. Nicméně jsou zde mnohé postřehy pro zlepšení pobytu.Popis apartmánu na Booking rozhodně neodpovídá! Nejedná se o 1 samostatnou ložnici a 1 obývací pokoj - je to prakticky jedna místnost s postelí a jídelním koutem. Termín “otevírá se výhled do zahrady” znamená ze okno je vklíněné mezi budovy a vzniká pouze průzor, celý den je v apartmánu tma ( přiložené foto). Také formulace “apartmán se může pochlubit saunou” a “v apartmánu nechybí gril” jsou velmi zavádějící. Ano obojí je součástí hotelu, NE však součástí apartmánu. V koupelně chybí skříňka na hygienické potřeby, musely jsme mít na okně. Chybí místo kam odložit boty, alespoň odkapávač na mokré boty je nutnost. Pokud se po celou dobu pobytu 5 dní v apartmánu neuklízelo tak bychom uvítali alespoň smetáček a lopatku. Informace že v apartmánu je “příslušenství pro přípravu kávy” by mohla být konkrétní. Jezdíme do Rakouska několikrát za rok a už léta jsme se nikde nepotkali s přístrojem na filtrovanou kávu, všude jsou standardem kávovary na kapsle. Zrovna káva je pro nás důležitá a bylo to pro nás zklamání. Co se vybavení kuchyňky týče - nádobí dimenzované na 3 osoby takže myčku jsme nemohli využít jelikož bychom ji třeba ani za dva dny neměli čím naplnit - museli jsme si ty 3 hrnky a 3 talíře dokola ručně odmývat, protože bychom neměli z čeho jíst/pit. Už dlouho jsme nikde neviděli klasickou kovovou (nikoli teflonovou) pánev - byl to nadlidský úkol udělat na ní vajíčka a pak ji hlavně kvalitně umýt. Apartmán je velmi špatně izolovaný, velký hluk, slyšet každé slovo kdo prošel okolo a nejhorší v 6 ráno nás budili hlučné a často i pobíhající děti.
