Cons:

Staré izby aj sociálne zariadenia. Chýbajúce sieťky na oknách proti komárom. Vonkajšie rolety, nedalo sa v noci vetrať kvôli ním keď chce mať človek na nižšom podlaží zatiahnuté. Chýbajúca klimatizácia. V sprche tiekla sprchova hadica a všade tiekla voda pomimo. Chýbajúca deka alebo ďalšia tenká prikrývka.
