Atendimento dos recepcionistas

Cons:

Entrei na sexta feira dia 20 de março, fui alojado em um quarto sem condições de permanência, pedi para trocar de quarto várias vezes, e terminei desistindo de continuar no dia 23 de março. Falaram que o booking iria restituir a diferença dos dias, ou seja, período de 23 até 29 de março. Mas até agora não tenho notícia de vcs sobre a possibilidade da restituição. Muito triste com a sistemática. Hotal afirmou que todo o processo de devolução da diferença é pelo booking.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, dá para visitar vários locais a pé

Cons:

Falta de tapete no banheiro, banheiro sem colocar para colocar sabonete e shampoo próximo do chuveiro, o vaso sanitário estava vazando água.
