Péssima hospedagem, NÃO reservem, é golpe! Reservei uma hospedagem no local, mas quando cheguei lá, não tinha hospedagem, eles vendem mais quartos do que a capacidade!

se você quer um local bem centralizado por um preço bom e nao tem problema com luxo e prédio ser antigo, vale muito a pe
Pros:

Custo beneficio muito bom, para quem precisa de um local bem centralizado (fica em uma das avenidas principais e bem pertinho da estacao das docas, da pra ir andando) e para quem nao tem frescura com luxo, vale muito a pena. Prédio é antigo e os quartos sao antigos, mas estava limpo e o quarto é bem grande, tinha 2 camas de solteiro e uma de casal.
E o restaurante, que é terceirizado (não incluso na hospedagem), embora seja simples, achei o atendimento excelente, preço muito bom e a comida boa (tem cafe da manha e almoço, nao sei se tem janta).

Conclusão: se você quer um local bem centralizado por um preço bom e nao tem problema com luxo e prédio ser antigo, vale muito a pena. Caso contrario, melhor pensar direito. Eu fui apenas fazer uma prova, queria apenas um local seguro e centralizado.
