Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e se colocaram a disposição para me ajudar, até lembrando o nome. Tudo é muito limpo também, e o hotel está bem localizado, pra quem vem do aeroporto

Pool ung Garten sind sehr schön.fenster
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Konnten wegen Flugausfalls die erste Nacht nicht vor Ort sein, man war überhaupt nicht hilfreich im Hinblick auf eine Umbuchung, unsere infornation über Flugausfall kam zwar nach Ende des Stornotermins, aber vor Antritt des ursprünglich geplanten Ankunftstermins. Aber man nahm unsere - zu früh - abgebuchte Zahlung für 3 Tage, von denen wir nur 2 Tage konsumieren konnte.
Das Zimmer das wir erhielten war winzig klein und ohne Fenster -wir sind schon viel gereist, das hier war außergewöhnlich traurig.
