The immediate area is depressing: homeless people, strange, presumably drug-addled characters, narrow sidewalks, congestion, heavy traffic.
This is a budget accommodation. You should not expect too much. But the lack of toilet paper is unusual. The relevant page on booking.com lists toilet paper.
It is very cheap and close to the center. Nothing special.
The bathroom was super filthy, full of hairs (gross). They offered parking but you have to leave you car and THE KEYS somewhere else where there are young boys driving all cars like crazy. They shouldn't offer parking if the hotel doesn't have!!
All rooms have own bathroom. Complementory towels and soap. Have fan in rooms
