A beautiful historic building, restored to an exceptionally high standard, combining timeless architecture with elegant interior design, premium materials, and beautifully selected furnishings.

The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of the old town, directly on the site of the ancient Roman Forum. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea, making it the perfect place to relax and take in the atmosphere.

The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. Nensi at the reception and Jura in the restaurant were always incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, going out of their way to assist us with everything we needed.

The owner deserves special mention as well. His personal attention and genuine commitment to ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction really make a difference. It is clear that creating an exceptional guest experience is a top priority.

Truly outstanding in every respect — a place we would wholeheartedly recommend and would be delighted to return to.

Wir sind bei der Abreise bereits früh Morgens um 4 Uhr abgereist, wurden vom Personal zum Parkplatz gebracht und haben sogar ein Frühstück to-go erhalten, alles reibungslos abgelaufen - wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Good location, helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable room. We arrived before the official check-in time, and the staff did their best to prepare the room and let us check in as soon as possible. They also kindly organised a transfer to the ferry at 6 in the morning, even though we hadn’t asked for one

Cons:

Very loud live music from one of the nearby bars, which continued until midnight. If you’re planning to go to bed early, you may want to consider a different location.

A pleasant stay with especially friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Overall, everything was perfectly fine. The staff were very flexible, pleasant and friendly, and they quickly picked us up from the parking area.

I had no issues with the breakfast. The basic selection was tasty and had everything I needed, and they also prepare fresh breakfast dishes to order, which made it a perfect start to the day.

I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells during our stay.

It is true that the air conditioning is quite underpowered. It works, but only gently. However, when we left it running throughout the day, the room was comfortable enough to sleep in at night.

The location is excellent: the room was quiet, yet you are right in the middle of everything.

Overall, a pleasant stay with especially friendly and helpful staff.

Pros:

Čistota a vybavení pokoje. Ochota personálu. Umístění hotelu.

Cons:

Delší čekání při večeři...Byly vždy tři chody: polévka, druhé jídlo a desert. Dostali jsme např. polévku a poté i 30 minut čekali na druhé jídlo. Mezi druhým jídlem a desertem bylo další čekání 15 až 20 min.
Příště bych vybral pouze snídani.
Snídaně byly chutné, jen chybělo více zeleniny.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y el desayuno está bastante bien

Cons:

Tienes que dejar el coche a las afueras en un parking de hotel pero sin vigilancia. Te vienen a buscar y te llevan. La habitación tenía dos plantas (éramos 4) y en la parte de arriba era un horno. Te ponía un ventilador que era mejor no encender por el ruido. Mala calidad de las habitaciones

Brak parkingu przy hotelu, codziennie te same menu śniadaniowe (mały wybór produktów oraz codziennie powtarzające się produkty), często brakowało niektórych produktów, na które trzeba było czekać , ale upomnieć się osobiście.

ATTENZIONE PER CHI HA INTOLLERANZE/ALLERGIE, pur avendomi detto che c’erano opzioni senza glutine e lattosio così non è stato. La colazione un disastro: brioche crude e cibo di scarsa qualità (inoltre poco cibo). La cena prevista con antipasto,secondo e dolce: possibilità di scelta tra due antipasti e tre secondi. Il dolce era spesso ancora parzialmente congelato. Servizio molto lento, camerieri disattenti.
Il climatizzatore in camera rinfrescava molto poco, per due volte in 4 giorni hanno dimenticato di fare le pulizie e cambiare le salviette.

Below expectations
Pros:

The hotel's location is perfect—right in the middle of beautiful historic Poreč. It is also very close to the sea promenade and not too far from the beaches (you can even take a tourist train to get closer). The staff picked us up and drove us back to the parking lot, which is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
Breakfast offered plenty of options, and the coffee was delicious, though the selection remained the same every day and butter was unavailable for one day due to a public holiday.
Some of the staff members were very helpful and friendly, and the room itself was comfortable (except the air conditioning).

Cons:

The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently.
Also, do not expect to be served the dinner shown in the pictures. It was a very simple three-course meal with limited options: two starters, three main dishes, and only one dessert, all of which became quite repetitive. They also used a lot of pre-prepared, processed food.
On some days, we had to wait a long time to be served, even though the restaurant was half empty. Make sure you explicitly order the single dessert option, otherwise you won't get any ;-)
Some of the staff members lacked professionalism and seemed to be busy with everything except attending to the guests.
