Pros:

The room and bed were very comfortable. The family treated me well.
Close to centre. The lady arranged a tuk tuk for me to take me to the hot springs and to return. Enjoyed a day at hot springs with her daughter. The lady's son offered me a bowl of soup he had made.

Cons:

Everything fine. Although shower is cold, it was OK and bathroom was good with clean white towels.

Well kept at a nice price
Pros:

Out of all the places I've stayed in my travels this year (2023), the bed here was the most comfortable one so far! The women managing the place(Daisy) is super sweet and helpful. She gave me complimentary coffee every morning and as much cold filtered water as I could drink!
The location is centered in town, close to restaurants, bars, the bank and shops. It is not far from the hot springs, that this town is so well known for. (30min walk - 5 min. in moto-taxi)

Cons:

My only complaint would be that the room had no outside air flow available. I like ventilation and when there is none, I feel like I am in a box.
The only window led out into the hallway, which had some outside air flow.
