Superb choice for your stay in Sombor
Pros:

The staff was very professional and kind, room was comfortable and very clean, breakfast was amazing

Cons:

Some details in the room could be retouched, like walls with scratches, details in the bathroom, but overall it was good. Wellness area was a bit crowdy, could be bigger, but we still enjoyed

Object je nov i lijepo uređen, ali kompletan utisak kvari nemaran odnos sobarica.
Pros:

Objekat je odlično sređen i namješten, osoblje izuzetno ljubazno, sadržaji u skladu sa ponudom. Restoran i hrana za doručak su odličnog kvaliteta.

Cons:

U periodu boravka 3 noći sobarice nisu niti jednom pospremile i očistile sobu. Nakon drugog dana u 14,30 su pokucale na vrata sobe sa pitanjem da li je potrebna zamjena peškira. U objekat i namještaj je uloženo vjerovatno mnogo novca, ali ovakav postupak da se soba ne pospremi i ne očisti za 3 dana boravka je nedopustiv i kvari kompletan utisak prema hotelu. Moje mišljenje da je greška šefa osoblja, a da nisu grjiešile osobe koje su zadužene za pospremanje i čistoću.
Sledeća zamjerka je da se ne može dogovoriti masaža nedeljom kad je većina gostiju raspoložena za masažu ????????
