Pros:

Very good. Highly recommend
Comfortable bed. Breakfast and staff wonderful. Bar had Guinness my husband was very happy

Cons:

Bedroom too warm at night. But that’s just my preference. We did open window but still a little too warm for us.

Cons:

The spa area is not very welcoming or comfortable. The restaurant looks more like a cafeteria than a restaurant and the quality of the food is not worth the price.

Pros:

They allowed us to do late check out and the breakfast was quite good!

My room was near the elevator, unfortunately we woke up several times due to people talking in the corridor.

Great location. Clean hotel. Needs happier more accommodating staff
Pros:

Great location, clean. Spacious. Nice rooms.

Cons:

The staff. Miserable. Not welcoming. Robotic. They forget that we are paying customers so should go out of their way to make us welcome. Maybe it’s a cultural thing that they don’t like the English.

We’ve stayed here multiple times but this year was particularly bad. Maybe it’s since they got acquired by Nexta in the Andorran Hotel group.

Think we’ll stay at the park piolets next time.

Niet coor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

De liggen vlak naast de skiliften. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Het eten was lekker en gevarieerd.

Cons:

Normaal boek ik bij zusterhotel Piolets Park Mountain & Spa. Ditis weliswaar duurder maar er is een enorm kwaliteitsverschil. Piolets Centre is een typisch touroperator-hotel. Wie dol is op Engelsen die net teveel gedronken hebben en net te lawaaierig zijn komt hier aan zijn trekken. Het lawaai in de bar en zeker restaurant was heel onaangenaam. Ik zal hier niet meer boeken.

Location was excellent overlooking the slopes and next to the gondola. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Great selection of food

Only thing was the rooms were too hot, but guess that is a personal preference.

God frukost, fräscha rum, fin utsikt. Bra faciliteter med skidrum och parkering. Bra läge.

Cons:

Små rum, dålig förvaring/upphängning med tanke på skidort. Bra frukost, men tråkigt att vissa saker inte fylldes på när det var slut, trots mer än en timme kvar på frukost-tiden. Lyhört.

Superb value modern hotel
Pros:

Great staff, fantastic food, excellent location just down from the gondola with a superb terrace looking out to the slopes with very reasonably priced drinks.
