Pros:

飯店位置雖然距離淡水的主要景點都有點距離 (到漁人碼頭步行約15分鐘，到淡水捷運約30分鐘)，但還算OK。

Cons:

員工的服務落差有點大，建議要再加強員工訓練。因為提早抵達，到達時詢問櫃檯服務人員是否可以先 check in，等到時間到再拿房卡，當時在櫃檯的服務人員說可以，等停好車再返回櫃檯，值班的換成另外一位 interm，再次詢問是否可以先 check in 再拿房卡，她回答說不可以，我們表示前一位員工說可以，只是想要再確認，也沒有強硬要求，那位 interm 很不高興地回：那你去找他 (@@)。我們知道服務業很辛苦，但還真是第一次遇到這麼不客氣的。但大概也只有這一位比較令人不愉快，其他都還不錯，我們東西遺落在房間，也很快地幫我們寄回。

Pros:

房間很大，整潔，床鋪舒適乾淨。

Cons:

早餐不算好，滷肉飯要做好吃一點，太死鹹。
停車場是災難，大一點的休旅車要喬好幾次才能停進去。
機械車位的凸面鏡不足，很不好開。

Pros:

淡水フィッシャマンズワーフから徒歩5分。LRT駅からも至近。シンプルなホテルだが、必要なものは全てそろっている。ホテルがグレードアップしてくれたので、非常に大きなベッドにバスタブもあった。

以下是我的住宿經驗
提供給未來入住的客人
及店家可以考慮改善的地方

1 . 櫃檯人員態度、與訂單的缺失：

入住當天給人的感覺很差
似乎不想為客辦理入住
不知道是自家電腦系統
還是訂房平台的問題
找不到我已預定好的訂單
甚至有懷疑客人未下訂的語氣
如果沒錯的話
我好像不是第一個遇到的

住宿方停車場有車高車重限制機械式車位
但我是在第二次停車時才被告知說
車子有沒有超重
如果第一次停下去發生意外
不知道這要算誰的問題

停機械式車位需有資深開車經驗！

2 . 基於有人可能會迷信
建議考慮把4樓樓層房號改成5樓

也許是因為訂單缺失
店家有幫我做免費升級
但升級居然巧合升到4樓的404號房
也怪在當時我應該是要反應的
只是當下想休息
就確認房間有沒有問題而已

3 . 房間與房間的隔音還可以
但對走廊不太行
在房間講到私人話題需降低音量

此旅店服務態度傲慢，以後不會再入住第二次，停車場機械式就算了，汽車電梯規定需要櫃檯服務人員控制，入住都已經告知有開車需要停車，櫃檯人員還愛理不理讓我們在原地白白浪費時間等待，甚至沒有交代給其他同事就去接待其他組客人！

櫃檯人員態度傲慢，愛理不理，沒效率！
