Pros:

地點佳，距離輕軌和淡江大橋都步行可達。對面有全聯、便利商店，買東西也很方便。有停車位，但是是電梯式的機械升降車位。我開小轎車就已經覺得緊繃，如果車子太寬、太大台或停車技術不夠好的人請勿輕易嘗試，現場可以看的到滿滿的擦刮痕跡。

我沒有預約morning call，卻早上七點半就被morning call吵醒，不知道是不是好心提醒我起來吃早餐？早餐在地下室，通風採光比較不好。食物充足，但內容和口味都一般。浴室和廁所是半開放式的，洗手台設在外面導致很容易噴濺到地板。窗外就是大馬路，聽得到車聲，不適合需要極致安靜的人。

離淡江大橋很近，可以走過去賞景很方便。機械車位對大車不適合，但後方有別的停車場算方便。
