Wonderful time in Vienna with Sissi West
Pros:

2 minutes away from Hietzing underground station, 5-7 minutes away from park Schönbrunn, with restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, bus and tram lines nearby; this place is a little corner of peace and tranquility. From swift and efficient communication, detailed instructions on check-in and accessing the location; to the bright, spacious, unique and welcoming interior of the room: fully modernised with an automated light system, key-card access, air conditioning, soundproofing and comfortable bathroom facilities — everything about this place felt thought through, reliable, well-organised and cared for; and it made me feel very safe and secure during both of my stays. Coming back there for the second time felt like coming back home, and they also allowed me to check-in early at 11am without any issues.

The space is clean; there is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a kettle and a coffee maker, along with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits provided in the room. Getting to Vienna city center is quick - with a connection via Karlsplatz underground station one can easily reach pretty much anywhere they might need. But the neighbourhood of the hotel itself is scenic and certainly worth taking a walk around.

I have a very high appreciation for the cleaning team, they played a big part in making me feel comfortable and welcome during my stays, and I would like to say a big thank you to them again :)

Super appartement très bien situé et confortable
Pros:

Appartement très bien conçu avec la possibilité de laisser son véhicule à l'intérieur de la cour.
Le gestionnaire était très sympathique et réactif.

Pros:

L’emplacement pour visiter Vienne est idéal, accès au métro et tram devant la porte ainsi que tout type de commerces et restaurants… Le château de Schönbrunn est accessible à pieds.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de remarque négative à formuler. Éventuellement un commentaire personnel concernant la puissance du mini réfrigérateur qui peine à refroidir les boisson mais chauffe aisément le placard dans lequel il se trouve 😉😂

Pros:

Yalnız başına gezen bir kadın olarak benim için en önemli faktör otelin ve çevresinin her saatte güvenli önemlisi. Sissi West ise çok güvenli bir oteldi. Uçağım erken indiği için erken check-in yapmama izin verdiler, beni büyük bir yükten kurtardı. U4 metrosuna çok yakın, 4-5 durak giderek Viyana’nın en büyük aktarma durağı olan Karlsplatz’a ulaşıp istediğiniz her yere gidebiliyorsunuz. Odanın içindeki ikram kahveler çok tatlı düşünülmüştü. Yatakları rahattı, tuvalet ve banyo konforluydu. Odanın tamamen teknolojik olması klima, ışık gibi ayarları çok rahat hale getirdi.

Cons:

Yatağın yanında da kapının oradaki gibi odanın tüm ışıklarını ayarlama paneli olabilir.

Super Lage, Klimaanlage, alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit unser Auto direkt auf dem Hof vor unserem Fenster zu parken.

Struttura accogliente, pulita e con tutto l'essenziale. Dal rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente e in una posizione vicinissima alla metro.

Cons:

L'aria condizionata non regolabile, si è costretti a spegnere e riaccendere in continuazione per avere una temperatura piacevole.

stylisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber, großes Apartment, sehr gutes Service (immer erreichbar, beim Check-In persönlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt), konnte den Parkplatz länger nutzen, Preis-Leistung, Lage bei Schloss Schönbrunn
