We were very happy, good value. Good breakfast
Pros:

Small but perfectly organized. Staff were everything one could ask for. Very welcoming and offered helpful advice. It felt like home.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Haus ukd das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz, musste das Auto im Halteverbot parken um einchecken zu können. Es gibt zu wenig Parkplätze.

Otele normal check-in saatinden erken gelmemize rağmen kabul ettiler. Check-in işlemini konaklamadan bir kaç gün önce online yapabilirsiniz, otele vardığınızda sadece masadan anahtarınızı alıyorsunuz. Kapı şifresi de aynı şekilde bir kaç gün önceden size iletiliyor. Konum olarak çok iyi yerde. Karlzplatz metro istasyonundan bir kaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Özellikle opera binası olmak üzere ziyaret edilecek yerlere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Lobide atıştırmalıklar, çay, kahve ve meyve ikramları var. Kahvaltı ücretliydi, kişi başı 18 € ücreti var. Otelin yakınında kahvaltı için mekanlar var. Viyanaya tekrar geldiğimde ilk tercihim olacaktır.

Pros:

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardimseverdi. Konumu ulasim imkanlarina yakin ayrica merkezi bir konumda.

Cons:

Kahvaltının ücrete dahil olmamasi ve 18 euro olmasini sevmedim. Biraz pahali geldi. Ayrıca odalarda su ısıtıcısı yoktu, resepsiyondan alabiliyorduk. Bu da biraz uğraştırıcı oldu.

The location is great and the breakfast exceptional. Staff were very helpful and friendly too. The room was fantastic with great high ceiling and quality furniture.

Ci piacerebbe tanto tornare, a Vienna e al Saint Shermin!
Pros:

Lo staff e' stato sempre disponibile e sorridente. La posizione logisticamente perfetta per muoversi in tutta Vienna. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e silenziose.

Alleine schon das Frühstück in dem kleinen, aber liebevoll her gerichteten Frühstücksraum war besser und gemütlicher als in den bekannten Wiener Kaffeehäusern.
