Pros:

The location is next to Karlplatz metro station so practical to move around. The staff are very welcoming. The room is very large and with a modern bathroom. It was on first floor so not much of a view but it was ok with me.

Cons:

I could not open the windows (seems they are blocked) and the room was over heated

Pros:

Perfect location. Hotel is located in the city centre yet in a neighborhood which is not touristic. Easy access for tram and subway. Walking distance to historical points and museums. Room was really large just like as it is seen in the pics. Very aesthetic, clean, practical. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Klein, fein, aussergewöhnlich!
Pros:

Tolles Design, persönliche Atmosphäre und Sauberkeit waren aussergewöhnlich! Zimmer sehr geräumig und ruhig. Das Frühstück hat dem Ganzen noch die Krone aufgesetzt - mit viel Liebe zubereitet und geschmacklich wirklich fein! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Konum oldukça iyi, lobide atıştırmalıklar, çay, kahve ve meyve ikramları var. Ankar fırın hemen yan tarafında. Isınma çok iyi. Caddeye manzarası güzeldi.

Aufgrund der düsteren Lichtgebung kein Wohlfühlzimmer für uns.
Pros:

Die tolle zentrale Lage, das gemütliche Ambiente im Eingangsbereich und das sehr freundliche Personal. Kaffee- u. Teezubereitung im Foyer + Obst und auch Kuchen einfach zum Mitnehmen.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider kein Glück mit der Lage des Zimmers in den Hinterhof, der mehr einem Lichtschacht entsprochen hat und das Zimmer ganztägig düster wirken ließ. Keine Sonne, kaum Tageslicht.

We only wish we could've stayed longer
Pros:

The hotel is small and charming, full of details that give it style and its own personality in every corner.

We arrived late, however the check-in instructions were clear. They left us a note with general information and the room's key, first thing it said wad "please enjoy some tea or coffee while you read this" that made us feel welcome immediately, there were cookies and some fruits too.

The beds and especially the pillows are really confortable, good selection of TV channels.

We highly recommend to have breakfast there. The breakfast room is completely adorable, selection is good and beautifully presented. Thank you Lucie for your effort, food was a feast to the eyes and we enjoyed chatting with you.

Monika and Rita at the front desk were super helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Definitely the staff there was the best of all of our experience!!
