Excellet location
Pros:

The main reasons for booking the hotel were 1) the location and 2) Air-conditioning. Both have lived up to the expectations.

We loved the location - only a few min from Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof), the metro station and the tram station. It was also close to the Main Street where you can find several supermarkets and some good eateries. The Italian restaurant just below the hotel was amazing good - authentic and friendly staff.

Helpful staff

Cons:

When we arrived, we noticed that one large towel was missing. It was also a little frustrating that the bath tap was not functioning properly, as it took some time and effort to turn it on. The hand wash dispenser had not been refilled either.

Beautiful boutique hotel close to the Hauptbahnhof, with a great restaurant and excellent breakfast. Nice room, with a nice shower. Everything was new and tidy. I could safely store my bike in their courtyard.

Cons:

I didn't have a nightstand next to my bed to put my phone (also my alarm clock) on and charge it, and the small table in the room was also on the small side.

Cons:

I booked the room because it said it was a courtyard view, and I did not want to have a room on a busy street side. However the room was on the busy street side, but luckily the windows blocked most of the traffic noise. It would be better though if the hotel description. says it is courtyard to actually give you courtyard.
