Pros:

I wanted to stay near the train station and this was perfect. I arrived early to leave my bag but staff said the room was ready so I was delighted with that.

The position was good

Cons:

Breakfast, isn't a buffet how it Is supposed to be. Instead, they make you go to the cafè close to them and you can order only one kind of food and one single hot drink. If they advise of that before booking It would be more transparent and honest.
Plus when I arrived I was tired and in my room there was the tent not stuck completely so all the light was in the room. It took almost a day to fix It...
Then cleaning room, they didn't clean. I've asked also to the cleaning personal and they said they couldn't, I didn't neither understand why. Eventually they asked me If I needed to change towels and If I needed some water. I think all this is a terribile service and It must not happen in a 4 stars hotel.

My usual spot in Vienna
Pros:

The hotel is located very close to trams, a metro line and within wakling distance to the main station and a lot of shops and restaurants. The rooms are functional, quiet and very clean; at the ground floor there is a very good restaurant with italian pizza.

The fact that breakfast was available after 09:00 was an issue since I had to leave around 08:00. I did not have breakfast two days.

Pros:

It was a great stay, the hotel is lovely in a great location. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was super clean, warm, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Everything was perfect.
