Leuke inn om te verblijven als je dichtbij Chester moet zijn.
Pros:

De sfeer van de kamer en de inn.
Het avondeten.
Het bed en de douche.
Schone locatie.
Dichtbij Chester.

Cons:

Kamer was erg gehorig; je hoorde steeds het plafond kraken als mensen in de kamer boven liepen.
Verbetering ontbijt: geen kuipjes jam maar jam uit een pot, meer keuze uit cereals, vers fruit.
Sommige zaken zouden wel wat opgeknapt kunnen worden of een verfje kunnen gebruiken (deur badkamer, naambordjes kamers buiten, hek buiten bij terras, aantal stoelen binnen is doorgezakt of de bekleding is stuk, de hoofdbord achter het bed).

Our second visit and hopefully we will return again next year .
Pros:

Breakfast was cooked too order . ..So much better. !!!
Room was excellent , although a little dark in the "lounge area". Both Lunch and Dinner were of excellent quality .

Cons:

Lack of room in the bathroom for toiletries . A commen fault in many hotels.
Not enough hanging space for cloths .
More hooks needed for overcoats .

Some staff made you feel as though they were doing you a favour by serving you/allowing you to be there.

Some passive aggressive comments made and some staff could have been more foucused on customer service.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, also the food in the restaurant in the evening we found was very good, the choice of beers were excellent too. The staff were really pleasant. Its got lots of parking and in a very picturesque location near the canal.

Cons:

The room above us must have had a very creaky floor, it kept us a wake if they were walking around.

Heizung im Badezimmer war auf Maximum gestellt und dadurch viel zu warm bei ohnehin gutem Wetter (habe sie selbst aus gestellt)

Very comfortable rooms with a great restaurant - great value for money.
Pros:

Great location just outside Chester and close to a Park & Ride. Lovely decor, comfy bed and food was fantastic.

Pub was welcoming and staff pleasant. Room was clean and bed was comfy

Cons:

Fabric on headboard (faux leather) was flaking off. Room was very hot even tho no radiator on and temperature outside was only 13 degrees. Food in pub was disappointing
