Pros:

Staff was very helpful (converse in Mandarin), excellent location for families with young children; convenient stores and eateries nearby. Near the heritage buildings which was great for sightseeing after a meal. Bedroom size was excellent for a family of 4.

Interior was slightly run down due to humidity. Didn't feel floors were cleaned much

Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Sehr großzügige Zimmer. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Alle Attraktionen und viele Möglichkeiten von Street Food oder Restaurants. Es gab eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel, aber im Zimmer nicht hörbar.

Pros:

Obiekt w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko do atrakcji turystycznych oraz do centrów handlowych. Obsługa mówi dobrze w języku angielskim.

Cons:

Na korytarzach bardzo gorąco, po wyjściu z pokoju uderza fala ciepła, zanim zjedzie się winda, człowiek jest już cały spocony.

Très bien situé près du coeur de la ville. Le personnel fait son possible pour nous aider. Lessive possible gratuite au 7e étage. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et aménagées avec goût. Elles ne sont pas toutes identiques. Les toilettes étaient une sacrée découverte pour nous

Cons:

Pourrait être encore mieux exploité avec la belle terrasse du 7e étage.

Hotel céntrico
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, muy céntrico. La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas aunque están a nivel del suelo. En la planta superior hay una terraza muy agradable.

Cons:

En las fotos dan la impresion de que hay piscina pero no la hay. La limpieza bien pero un poquito justa en las zonas comunes. Por la noche apagaron el aire acondicionado y lo vuelven a encender a las 5 de la mañana, por lo que se pasa calor en verano. Fue el unico hotel en nuestro viaje a China en el que nos paso esto. No ofrecen desayuno, lo unico a destacar de este hotel es la amplitud de las habitaciones y ubicación.

Très bon emplacement
Pros:

Idéalement placé pour aller voir la colline de l'éléphant, seulement 15min à pied de la porte 3.

Chambre propre , spacieuse , personnel attentionné, terrasse sur le toit très agréables ! Et même un billard disponible !

Cons:

Juste attention, j'ai réservé vite et je n'ai pas vue que ce qui semble être une piscine sur les photos n'en ai pas une 😅 c'est un bassin décoratif ! Alors pas de baignade possible.

Cool minimalistic hotel, in a great location. Great option for a not high end place.
Pros:

The location was very convenient, and the staff tried very hard to be helpful and accommodating. The free laundry service on the top floor was very useful. The rooms are simple and spare, but it was comfortable, and an interesting building.

Cons:

The WiFi wasn't very good at all. And there were cockroaches.

Great guest service, happy stay for family of 6
Pros:

The location is good. Close to Guilin attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We took 1 family room and 1 double bed room. Family room had a little tent for kids and a toy ride.
Staff were helpful. Alice helped with booking of Li River cruise. She was very attentive. Checked in on my other queries on transport closer to date, understanding my travel needs. Very helpful! Can text in English, some staff can speak decent English.

Cons:

1 room floor was squeaky clean, the other room was a bit sticky feel.
