Cons:

Vegane und vegetarische Gerichte mussten gesondert bestellt werden. Eine Auswahl zwischen mehreren pflanzlichen Optionen war nicht möglich, zudem war im Vorfeld unklar, welches Gericht tatsächlich serviert wird – das wirkt nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Insgesamt waren die Speisekarten sehr fleischlastig. Davon abgesehen war die Qualität der Speisen jedoch sehr gut.

-Rustige ligging maar toch centraal

Cons:

-Het weggetje naar boven is erg mooi, maar smal dus hoidt rekening met tegemoedkomend verkeer
-Eten was erg smakkelijk maar verwacht geen hele grote porties.

A clean, modern accommodation up a narrow road

Modern, clean, friendly staff. Mostly quiet.

Cons:

Car access to our room not possible, due to icy driveway; the salt bucket provided was empty. An unrelated request to talk to the manager was accepted, but we were not approached for over an hour - there was a problem with child(ren) screaming loudly in the neighboring room - there being only one door between the two rooms, and that door having a wide crack at the bottom...Surprisingly, there was no fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet, and no espresso drinks - this should be the norm at a 4 star hotel...Access to the hotel is up a relatively long, narrow hill road - only access to town is by car.

Gemütliches Hotel in idyllischer Lage, jedoch noch nicht ganz auf 4* Niveau...
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Besonders die Bedienung beim Frühstück war sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war nicht schlecht.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich konnte zwar jederzeit genutzt werden, jedoch wurden die Saunen, Infrarotliegen, Licht etc. erst ab 14 Uhr eingeschalten.
Beim Frühstück waren die Eigerichte kalt. Die Vitrine mit dem Gemüse war viel zu kalt eingestellt. Im Hotel befanden sich einige Kamine und Kerzen die allesamt nie gebrannt haben. Das hätte das toll gestaltete Hotel noch einladender gemacht.

Well run family hotel! This is the real Austria!
Pros:

Fast check-in, nice room, amazing view from the hotel, good breakfast + excellent dinner!
Wellness and swimming pool are great after the sport activity.
Perfect parking, ski room for our bikes is also available.

Cons:

In case of bad weather I would like to use gym. But there is no gym. We were lucky to have nice weather. :-)

Velice příjemný personál, podzemní parkoviště, nadstandardní zážitek z večeří.

Cons:

Při objednávání hotelu na booking.com byl uveden check-in ve 13 hodin, po odeslané objednávce nám přišly na e-mail informace z hotelu, že je check-in možný až od 15 hodin. Po příjezdu byla na pokoji zima, netopilo se, druhý den ráno jsme museli požádat o centrální zapnutí topení, pokoj byl vyhřátý až k večeru. Objekt hotelu se nachází v těsné blízkosti silového elektrického vedení se stožárem, na který je směřován výhled z pokoje. Zařízení koupelny by zasloužilo rekonstrukci, neodpovídá čtyřhvězdičkovému hotelu. Také nás zklamal pořádek, kdy pod pohovkou byl nepořádek po předchozích hostech.
