Die Betten waren bequem. Überdachte Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war defekt. Es war kein Personal vor Ort. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Auf eine Email wurde erst um Mitternacht geantwortet. Der Safe war nicht abschließbar. Die Schubladen und der Zahnputzbecher waren schmutzig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war um 8.30 Uhr noch nicht vorbereitet, obwohl ab 7 Uhr Frühstück angeboten wird, sodass wir 15 Minuten warten mussten. Beim Auschecken wurde ein Preisnachlass versprochen, der jetzt nach 1 Monat immer noch nicht erstattet wurde. Auf mehrfache Emails im letzten Monat wurde 1xlig vor 1,5 Wochen in einem Einzeiler geantwortet, der Vorgang sei angeblich in Bearbeitung . Telefonisch ist das Hotel weiterhin nicht zu erreichen. UNMÖGLICH!

Pros:

Modern new rooms, enough space. Easy self check in. Good breakfast served in sports hall.

Cons:

No aircondition or fan. Ceiling fan would be enough. It was just to hot to sleep there on hot summer day and warm night.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und inkludiert. Steht allerdings beim Buchen nicht dabei. Bei dem Preis ist das Frühstück ein Trost. Wir konnten schon früher ins Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Preis ist saftig für die Art von Unterkunft. Wir waren aber auch nur zu zweit und das Zimmer war voll mit 4 Betten und Kästen. Hübsch sind die Zimmer nicht und auch nicht gut in Schuss gehalten. Die Klobrille war gesprungen und das Zimmer so gereinigt, dass man keine Lust hat die Schuhe auszuziehen.
