Very basic and cheap
Pros:

Very kind caretaker, who helped us kill the giant spider in the bathroom.

Cons:

The hygiene of this place was very doubtable. There were spider webs on the ceiling and dead mosquito marks on the walls. Place could definitely use a deep clean and some fresh paint.

Dirty facility for reasonable price.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful owner. First impression.

Cons:

After closer look the room appeared very dirty. The bedding was having blood strains from killed mosquitoes 🦟, some weird slime which made me feel uneasy. The bathrooms floor was not very clear and the same was for small furniture. Walls and space under beds were dirty. After openning single shelf in the room, the cockroach 🪳 ran out. The owner was so helpful to give me some spray helping me to kill the animal.
