No había agua caliente: al abrir la llave solo sale caliente unos segundos y luego se enfría completamente.
El aislamiento acústico es pésimo. El ruido es definitivamente demasiado; se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones vecinas. Durante la noche, una pareja en otra habitación hacía ruido íntimo muy fuerte, y se escuchaba como si estuvieran dentro de la misma habitación. Fue una situación muy incómoda e insoportable que no permitió descansar.
