I like location of the hotel
😠 The room I got was totally different from what I saw in the photo. The receptionist said I had booked online and this was the room I was given. The room wasn't good at all 😒.

Nothing. Rooms were too compact, very unhealthy maintenance of property, No room service, rude staff, No water provided at rooms, No Television though there is a TV set placed, AC was not proper, Even the Toilets were too compact. Overall , no value for money. I request all the booking.com customers to not to choose this hotel any more. Your "Anandam" will go away "Royally" once you stay in Royal Anandam, Gwalior. I never had such a pathetic hotel experience in my life time. Now, I need to find a new place as I keep on coming to Gwalior every now and then
Everything... From A-Z every thing in Royal Anandam is Bakwaass.. I still wonder How could fab hotel maintain in such a bad way. Neigher I am going to choose Fab hotels wherever I go nor I suggest some one. We are actually group of parents of disabled children from Andhra Pradesh keep on coming to Gwalior every now and then to participate in Sports & Games.

Most disappointing with my stay, hotel was not good at all, rooms weren’t clean, water taps weren’t working, whole hotel was smelling like smoke because everyone is was smoking there without any hesitation, i was with my family and i got so shamed infront of them, most pathetic stay of my life.

Location is beside Exit from platform no 4 of Railway station.
Bedsheets, and pillow cover were very dirty. After repeated requests, we got them changed.
At the time of check in, no towel / soap/shampoo provided, had to ask them separately.
Beds were quite hard. No electric kettle for tea/coffee. Infact, No water bottle provided.
Moreover, this is couple focused hotel. Families must avoid.
FabHotels brand is diluted.

Hotel near the railway station, as I was looking for proximity after a night flight + train from Delhi. AC in the room. Ok for a very short stay if you do not have better option.
The room looks better on the photos than in reality. Bedsheets were dirty when I checked in in the evening, I had to call the staff to change them. Overall equipment/furniture not well maintained and the room is poorly ventilated if the AC is off. I think rooms have a good potential provided there is a will for improvement from the owner. Staff at the reception is quite rude, no smile. Not up to the standard for international travellers, even backpackers. Overpriced for what you get (in comparison with what you can expect for even less in tourist areas like Rajasthan.
