Wyjątkowy hotel , w którym warto sie zatrzymać. Pyszne jedzenie i wspaniala obsługa. Jestesmy zachwyceni i na pewno wrocimy tam jeszcze .

Sehr sehr schoenes Hotel, Personal sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Zimmer sind sehr schoen mit super Ausblick. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Leider war ich nur eine Nacht dort :)

The welcome at hotel Winklerhof was a real bonus, with all of the staff being so friendly and helpful. It is a clearly a family run hotel as there is such a warm atmosphere and extra care of holiday makers.The location is above excellent for so many hikes and cycle trails, with the most amazing views . We used our free acktiv card to use the cable cars to hike higher up the mountains which , again, is such a bonus. We visited many Alps to get coffee, cake, beer etc during the hikes. All were in such beautiful locations, serving excellent food.
The food at the hotel was excellent! After hiking all day the 5 course dinner was so appreciated! BBQ night was extra special and personally we loved the homemade soups.
We would definitely return to this hotel as there is so much more to do around the area and the hotel was such a good place to stay

Sehr günstige Lage für Wanderungen.
Phänomenales Frühstück, unglaublich reichhaltig.
Abendessen mit 5-Gänge-Menü war auch gut, mengenmäßig überreichlich.
Personal war sehr freundlich.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, abends leckeres und abwechslungsreiches 5 Gänge - Menü, wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Sehr nettes Hotelteam, gleich in der Nähe des Hotels war die Bushaltestelle, sodass wirklich der Bus genutzt werden konnte.

Richtig schönes Hotel, genau so, wie man es sich bei einem Österreich Urlaub vorstellt. Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Abendessen war einfach sensationell. Wir können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Location was very good - ease to reach, parking directly in front of the house. The house and the facilities are new and well maintained, breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations, we especially like the personal feel provided by the owners and the staff.

Hotel Winklerhof provided a delightful stay for summertime walking and cycling in beautiful Alpine scenery. The hosts and their staff are so attentive and friendly, we felt like visitors in their family home, it felt like so much more than a hotel. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable,, we had a balcony with a gorgeous view of mountains and sunsets. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with lots of seasonal fresh fruit, and a huge variety of cheeses, cold meats, pastries, breads - it was a banquet! On returning from walking, we appreciated a relaxed afternoon tea (or beer) on the patio and in the evening, the five course dinner was beautifully prepared and presented, the dishes were varied and so tasty, and served with much thoughtful attention. We also appreciated the peaceful location with easy access to shops and cafes in the village, and to several cable cars in the area (the Hotel provides a free ticket to guests) for visiting the high Alpine sites. We highly recommend Hotel Winklerhof for a relaxing stay and excellent value for money: you feel totally spoiled and refreshed for strenuous activity in the mountains all around or can enjoy sitting on the balcony, watching the swallows skim over the nearby meadows filled with Alpine flowers.

Excellent breakfast and dinner! Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Good Wifi connectivity. Excellent Sauna facilities and extra storage for ski shoes with shoe drying system.

Lovely hotel in quiet location on the outskirts of Holzgau. Children's play area to the front and a drinks terrace and sunbathing lawn. Very nice rooms but the absolutely outstanding feature was the food. Both the breakfast buffet and the 5 course evening meal were superb .Good parking.

Winklerhof is in an excellent location on the edge of the charming traditional village of Holzgau, set back from the valley road and next to green fields. You don’t need a car, as the valley bus service is so good, and like the cable cars, free with your guest pass. The valley floor is wide and flat with green fields and paved tracks for miles, ideal for cycling. There are many good mountain walks.
The hotel is all you could ask for; big choice at breakfast, and five course excellent dinner. The owners are finding it very hard to get staff but gave everyone superb and friendly service. At the end of our six nights we did not want to leave.
I had better not write any more in case it is full next time we want to visit!
