Hôtel propre et soigné, que nous avions choisi pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix et pour sa situation idéale : Vienne n'est qu'à 1 h de route, Brno à 1 h 10. La piscine était à bonne température et, bien que notre suite parentale soit située à côté de l'ascenseur, l'isolation phonique des chambres est très bonne : aucune nuisance. Le restaurant du soir propose des plats soignés à prix très abordables, et le petit-déjeuner est varié, avec des nouveautés chaque matin. Idéal pour des vacances en famille au calme. Le bonus un bowling au sein de l'établissement.

gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant als Ausgangspunkt für Besuch des Nationalparks
Pros:

Frühstück ist für Würstelliebhaber gut, Nachteilung recht flott, teilweise aber auch etwas weniger gut (kein Speck, Marmelade und Kaffee mittelmäßig), Zimmer klein und einfach, unser Zimmer sehr ruhig. Essen ist sehr gut im Restaurant, kann man wirklich empfehlen. Der Kaffee im Restaurant ist auch sehr gut. Gute Ausgangslage für den Nationalpark.

War dennoch fein...
Pros:

Sehr schön waren die Zimmer, das Spa, der Garten, der Schwimmteich, alles war sehr sauber. Wir konnten unsere eigenen Fahrräder in einem abgesperrten Raum lassen und unser Gepäck über das Auschecken aus den Zimmern um 10:00 hinaus bis zu unserer Abreise am Nachmittag in einem Gepäckraum aufbewahren. Danke dafür.

Cons:

Die Kellnerinnen waren sehr freundlich. Der Kellner nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein und alles war ein bisschen steif in der Regulierung: zB zugesperrte Terrasse -wegen der „Wintersaison“ bei 24 Grad und vollstem Sonnenschein - keine Bepolsterung auf den Liegen. Als wir auf der Terrasse 2 Tische zusammenstellen wollten hat man uns gesagt das ginge nicht. So konnten wir nicht zu 9. zusammen essen. Niemand hat uns beim Einchecken gesagt, dass wir für das Essen am Abend einen Tisch reservieren müssen und als wir uns - nachdem wir eine Bestellung für 9 Personen aufgegeben haben - von der bereits kalten Terrasse in den Essraum setzen wollten, hiess es, sie hätten keinen Tisch für uns, weil wir nicht reserviert hätten und man hat uns tatsächlich draußen im Kalten essen lassen. Das sollte man doch einberechnen, wenn man Hotelgäste hat und zumindest fragen, ob diese vor haben das Abendessen im Hotel einzunehmen und dann dafür Sorge tragen, dass die Gäste auch einen Platz zum Essen haben! Sonst war es sehr ok im Hotel.
