Hotel bardzo ok, ale klimatyzacja do naprawy, bo w upalny dzień nie schładza pokoju
Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa, czysto, wygodnie i przyjemnie. Dobra lokalizacja po drodze do Austrii i dalej.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja w pokoju nie domagała, fakt że był upał, ale klimatyzacja nie dawała rady schodzić pokoju do 24 stopni, do tego głośno chodziła. Po upalnym dniu gdzie priorytetem był klimatyzowany pokój to trochę rozczarowanie. Hotel nastawiony mocno na Austriaków, ale menu mogłoby być też w j. angielskim.

Výhodná poloha pro výlety, výborná kuchyně, hezké wellness, pěkná zahrada.
Chvála ukrajinským uklízečkám, šikovné, pohotové, zdvořilé.

Cons:

Chování některých členůí obsluhujícího personálu v restauraci. Byli pomalí, nevšímaví, neodpověděli na poděkování, nepozdravili. Někteří neznali jazyk.
Vadilo nám, že nebylo kde sušit mokré ručníky a plavky. Žebřík topení v koupelně jen vlažný a krátce.

Es hat alles gepaßt - wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr nette Begrüßung beim Check in. Es erwartete uns ein zweckmäßig ausgestattetes geräumiges Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage und des Mückenschutzes an den Fenstern konnten wir allerdings gut auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die inklusive Nutzung des Wellnessbereiches mit Ruhezonen innen und auf der Terasse waren ein zusätzliches Highligt. Ein großzügiger, naturnah gestalteten Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Sport- und Spielgeräten inmitten von Blumen und schattenspendenden Bäumen ergänzen das Gesamtkonzept. Frühstück und Abendessen waren erstklassisch, ebenso wie der freundliche Service. Herzlichen Dank an alle, die uns einen so entspannten Aufenthalt ermöglicht haben. Es hat einfach alles gepaßt und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Moc milý personál, velmi ochotný a napomocný. Vždy usmevaví lidé na recepci a příjemné slečny servírky v hotelové restauraci. Díky za skvělou práci, jen tak dál.

Cons:

Župany do wellness bylo možné si vypůjčit u bazénu. V době našeho příchodu byla zrovna poledni pauza. Klidně bych si připlatila tu 100 do ceny pobytu za pohodlí mít župan a ručník do wellness nachystaný pohodlně už v pokoji. Nebylo možné zastínit okna v pokoji. Venkovní roleta neni ideální a propouští dost světla. Vstávání za svítání není ideální.
