It was clean, AC was always ok, they had a net on the bed for mosquitos, the staff were very helpful, very polite and they wanted to serve you always, i had some financial issues and they always helped me with that. The place was quiet and comfortable, always clean, bathrooms clean, pool is very good
I did not like Korean food alot, their restaurant was mainly Korean
The pool was nice, and the staff were wonderful. The weight room was decent.
The room was not set up well and desperately needs to be renovated. The restaurant was mediocre.
I loved that from the day I booked the accommodation a WhatsApp group was created for me with all the details I needed to make my arrival and stay comfortable.

The staff and owners are exceptionally nice and welcoming. I was greeted by my name everyday, which just feels nice and warm. The hotel is Korean owned, so the restaurant serves Korean dishes, including at breakfast. This was surprising and appreciated.
The swimming pool is very clean. The hotel is not central but there is not nearly as much traffic here compared to the city centre, so it was quick and easy to move with Uber. The environment is calm.
Overall, Duomo has a very good quality-price ratio.
Some equipment is a little old (e.g. soap dispenser, mosquito net) and I prefer a firmer mattress, but this one is personal taste.
I'd still recommend this hotel.
El personal y el dueño son muy amables y profesionales. Están atentos a cualquier petición y necesidad. El ambiente es muy tranquilo y me sentí segura y muy a gusto. El desayuno es rico y el té de limón delicioso. El internet funcionó perfecto y en general tuve una estancia maravillosa.
Si bien es un barrio tranquilo y la atmósfera y atención del hotel son excelentes, es necesario tomar Uber para las principales atracciones.

I don't think there was any point of improvement, things were really perfect, I mean there was good food, hygienic rooms, best cleanings, peaceful, entertaining, location was good for market, taxi facility and parking, co-operative staff etc. so all good for business and for tourist as well.
