My stay in general was very pleasant. Thanks!
Pros:

I like the room, I like the food, breakfast and plated dinner. Chefs are good in making Korean dishes. Staffs are very friendly.

Cons:

Entry to reception is not easily accessible from when you alight from car. The reception room/area needs a bit of attention as this is the first place clients would see and make impression of the place.

Wonderful break in a nice garden with pool and gym
Pros:

A nice place to rest. Not to much noise. Nice and clean swimming pool and a very good cook. I had a room with a small kitchen and a good balcony

Cons:

Outside the gate is the street a little busy so it’s hard to make a walk safely

A great hotel with excellent facilities
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at hotel Duomo. My room was large, clean and equipped with everything I needed, quiet too which is sometimes difficult to find in Kampala. For the price the hotel has excellent facilities.

Staff are friendly and helpful, the owner was very accommodating.

A good measure of a place is if you'd stay there again and I definitely would do, this is somewhere I'd recommend you check out.

Pros:

Cortesia e disponibilità dei titolari e del personale. Camere ampie e pulite. Piscina molto pulita. Reception aperta 24/24h e sempre pronta a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare la reception perché non molto visibile, ma nulla di grave

En oikein mistää erikoisemmin.

Cons:

Sauna oli kiini, uimaallas käyttökelvoton, hinta ei vastaa mitenkään paikkaa ja sänkykin oli 190cm pitkä, eli mulla roikku nilkat. Sekä hajut ja äänet tuli kovasti ulkoa huoneeseen.

The only spoiler was the attitude of one staff member in the restaurant.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean

Cons:

The restaurant is located next to a property which rears livestock resulting in a lot of flies. A fly got in some juice we ordered but we were charged despite the staff discarding the drink. I pointed this to the staff but she insisted we pay as we had drank some of the drink.

Pros:

A drink after my arrival with my children and the manager offered us breakfast yet we had not paid for it on the room.A swimming pool for my children.They had fun.

Cons:

The beds are hard and very uncomfortable,mattresses might need to be replaced,bathrooms need hand showers for ladies to protect their hair or provide shower caps in the rooms.Try to mix African dishes on the breakfast menu for some aftrican clients.
