It's one of the best hotels I've been to. It is small, cosy, and with unique atmosphere. The food is delicious and the staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I definitely reccommend this place. :)
Really friendly staff, good location. Best during weekdays, lifts are a bit crowded on weekends. Good food, decent parties, modern rooms. 5th floor had some heating problems but other floors were nice. Quite cheap rental options compared to rest of Turkey
We had an amazing stay at this ski hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the slopes, but if you prefer, the hotel also provides convenient shuttle services.
The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day on the mountain. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.
One of the highlights was the food – a varied and delicious selection every day, with plenty of options to suit different tastes.
Overall, everything was super! A fantastic place to stay for a ski trip, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
Rooms are quite large for families, very friendly stuff with their utmost attention to the guests’ requests. They have free shuttle to the ski area which is around 5 mins away from the hotel. Foods are delicious and the hotel overall has a cozy and warm atmosphere.
Me and my friends went Erciyes for skiing, we just wanted a place to crush at night so we had no expectations at all but i am very glad we chosed this place. It has a real cozy atmosphere, all of the staff were smiley and helpful. :) Kinda felt like we were in one of those Christmas themed movies❄️ we'll totally come back again next year. 🥰
Awful food, cold and cheapest ingredients. Everyday the same things, not similar- the same if uneaten before. Staff is rude, no one can speak English. Diarrhea after every meal is normal thing. Driver of skibus extremely rude and drives out of timetable. Lack of skiroom.
