Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hat sich auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst – z. B. sie wussten, dass wir sehr spät und nach der Ausgangssperre ankommen würden, und haben auf uns gewartet. Der Standort westlich der Stadt ist gut, wenn man am nächsten Tag früh morgens weiter Richtung Westen fahren möchte, ohne durch Kharkiv-Zentrum fahren zu müssen. Nachts war es sehr ruhig, keine Luftangriffe.

Cons:

Das 4er-Zimmer wird vermutlich nicht so oft benutzt und war deshalb leider nicht so sauber, als wir erwarten bzw. uns wünschen würden.

Брудно. Не повернусь сюди.
Pros:

Розташування було для мене в пріоритеті. Інше важко оцінити з позитивною відзнакою. Було тихо в номері, це добре. Є бойлер в номері. Горяча вода. Великий телевізор. В номері маленький холодильник. Вай-фай добре працює

Cons:

Неприємно, бо в готелі відсутня чистота. Коврові покриття давно бачили чистку (п"ятна ярко виражені). Підлога, стіни, ванна кімната, стінки душової кабінки,навіть розетки з вимикачами дуже брудні. Фен, чайник відсутні в номері, але можна взяти на рецепшені. Чайник з накипом всередені. Номер бронювався через букінг, написано було, що є халат та тапки в номері. Тапки видали на рецепшені, коли особисто звернулась. Халат був відсутній (на який я розраховувала та не брала свій, після приймання душа). Рушники сірого кольору, замість білого. Рушник для ніг навіть був брудним, коли видали. Гидування через бруд. Змив в унітазі дуже слабкий. Перевитрати води через це.
