Great Stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. We were given a room with a lovely view of the pool, which was a nice surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, with two great swimming pools and a relaxing atmosphere. We also really appreciated the free shuttle service to the beach, where there is a restaurant that guests can use as well. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side, but everything else was excellent. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was that the resort didn't seem fully prepared for the start of the season. A few times, when we asked for something, such as lactose-free milk or spicy sauce at the pool snack bar, we were told it would be available the next day because the season had just started. We also found the evening entertainment a bit confusing, as it was difficult to find information about the location and schedule. Different staff members gave us different times and locations, so it seemed that not everyone was fully informed yet. Hopefully, these small issues will improve as the season gets underway.

Splendido soggiorno
Pros:

struttura come sempre stupenda, panoramica e con caratteri moderni e essenziali. Bello il nuovo ristorante a la carte, lì il cibo è buonissimo. Piscine belle, mentre nel ristorante principale alza di molto la qualità lo chef Bravo Club. Spiaggia stupenda, beach bar ben pensato!
Camera moderna, spaziosa e pulitissima. Doccia walk in stupenda.

Bella la nuova area sport e piscine.

Cons:

Animazione non sempre coinvolgente, ricordavo più energia e voglia di fare nel 2022. Ristorante principale l’offerta culinaria è da migliorare anche se non è male.
Orari beach bar da rivedere totalmente: se gli snack e le bevande sono proposti dalle 10 alle 18, non è ammissibile che alle 17:30 abbassano la serranda.

Sono piccolezze, ma da migliorare assolutamente!

Struttura pulitissima in ogni area dagli spazi comuni alle camere, personale molto gentile e disponibile,servizi molto efficienti, cibo molto buono e vario, animazione presente con tante attività senza essere invadente

Hôtel à taille humaine et très bon personnel. Propre et convivial.
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Buffet varié et bon service à table. Excellent Driver de la navette pour la mer et super flexibilité de sa part.
Hôtel plutôt familial, mais super avec des enfants.
Bonne répartition des clients entre la plage et la piscine..
Les serviettes de toilette changées tous les jours et le lit 2 ou 3 fois.

Jetzt nach zwei Wochen, möchte ich gerne noch mal in dieses Hotel ☺️
Pros:

Vorab, wir sind schon sehr viel auf der Welt herumgekommen und waren in sehr Luxuriösen Hotels (Dubai, Abhu Dhabi etc.), aber dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Lage, der Meerblick ist schön. An den Strand geht es mit einem Shuttle Service der wirklich häufig fährt und sehr freundlich ist. Insgesamt ist das Personal sehr freundlich und auch meistens aufmerksam bis auf wenige Ausnahmen. Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub. Die Kinder waren ebenfalls sehr glücklich und hatten viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen währe übertrieben, etwas mehr Kaffee morgens währe super. Die Getränke schmeckten manchmal, vermutlich durch das Trinkwasser etwas nach Chlor. Aber das hat uns kaum gestört.

ΗΤΑΝ ΟΛΑ ΥΠΕΡΟΧΑ!
Pros:

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα...!Το παιδί στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν άψογο ,ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό!Γενικά όλο το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο και ευγενικό και κυρίως όσοι δουλεύουν στο κύριο εστιατόριο....Επίσης ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στον chef για τα φαγητά του (ό,τι δοκιμάσαμε ήταν νόστιμο και γευστικό) και μπράβο και στην κοπέλα που φτιάχνει τα γλυκά (ήταν όλα γευστικά και πρωτότυπα). Έχουμε επισκεφθεί αρκετές φορές πεντάστερα και τετράστερα ξενοδοχεία και μόνο στο Princess Sun συναντήσαμε τέτοια ποιότητα σε φαγητό και γλυκά!Τέλος,θα ήθελα να πω πως όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πεντακάθαροι!Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά!

Pros:

Неоднозначное чувство: были с семьей в начале октября,отель приятный,большая территория,дружелюбный персонал,есть 3 бассейна,горки для детей,номер нам понравился-относительно, просторный,лужайка,есть клуб с детской площадкой,есть свой пляж общий с еще одним отелем из той же группы,пляж красивый.

А теперь о минусах: бассейны были холодные,лично для нас - ледяные!(судя по количеству людей в бассейнах- почти для всех..) мы просто не могли купаться в них...ни одного закрытого бассейна или с подогревом- нет.
Еда-на наш взгляд не вкусно,выбора мало,мясо не очень..единственное что нам очень понравилось - это сладости,были вкусные.В столовой официанты очень назойливы,все время подходили к столу и спрашивали ли мы закончили с едой и можно ли убрать тарелку.
На бассейне что бы взять воды/сока/пива,надо стоять в очереди в бар, что не очень комфортно.
Джакузи ,как нам сказали, только по предварительной записи...детям нельзя.
Пляж-отель находится на холме,от него до пляжа курсирует шаттл, который надо ждать и на который в утренние часы много желающих,есть очередь.
Если приехать на пляж после 10,свободных лежанок может не быть ,на пляже также есть бар для 2 отелей,часто очереди и чтобы взять той же воды или сока нужно выстоять очередь что тоже не комфортно.
В общем вроде отель не плохой, но возвращаться туда не хочется.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel!
Pros:

The food was absolutely amazing, and I especially loved the restaurant by the pool. The service and attitude of all the staff were outstanding, truly above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

Pros:

Everything perfect. Friendly staff and well organised everything. Staff works extremely hard and make sure guests have good stay. It was birthday for my daughter and reservation desk was patient and helped me choose and order everything. Manager in restaurant was great. Beautiful deco for us. Eveny team eas amazing! All good and thanks!
