Неоднозначное чувство: были с семьей в начале октября,отель приятный,большая территория,дружелюбный персонал,есть 3 бассейна,горки для детей,номер нам понравился-относительно, просторный,лужайка,есть клуб с детской площадкой,есть свой пляж общий с еще одним отелем из той же группы,пляж красивый.
А теперь о минусах: бассейны были холодные,лично для нас - ледяные!(судя по количеству людей в бассейнах- почти для всех..) мы просто не могли купаться в них...ни одного закрытого бассейна или с подогревом- нет.
Еда-на наш взгляд не вкусно,выбора мало,мясо не очень..единственное что нам очень понравилось - это сладости,были вкусные.В столовой официанты очень назойливы,все время подходили к столу и спрашивали ли мы закончили с едой и можно ли убрать тарелку.
На бассейне что бы взять воды/сока/пива,надо стоять в очереди в бар, что не очень комфортно.
Джакузи ,как нам сказали, только по предварительной записи...детям нельзя.
Пляж-отель находится на холме,от него до пляжа курсирует шаттл, который надо ждать и на который в утренние часы много желающих,есть очередь.
Если приехать на пляж после 10,свободных лежанок может не быть ,на пляже также есть бар для 2 отелей,часто очереди и чтобы взять той же воды или сока нужно выстоять очередь что тоже не комфортно.
В общем вроде отель не плохой, но возвращаться туда не хочется.
The food was absolutely amazing, and I especially loved the restaurant by the pool. The service and attitude of all the staff were outstanding, truly above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

The location is far from the airport and the city.
Everything perfect. Friendly staff and well organised everything. Staff works extremely hard and make sure guests have good stay. It was birthday for my daughter and reservation desk was patient and helped me choose and order everything. Manager in restaurant was great. Beautiful deco for us. Eveny team eas amazing! The food was basic and undesirable
We stayed as a family of 13 (5 rooms) and had an amazing time. The hotel is perfect for families with children—fun, relaxed atmosphere, not overly luxurious, but warm and enjoyable. Evenings were lovely, sitting in the lobby after the mini-disco, playing cards together.
The food was excellent, and the entertainment team was outstanding—especially Greta, who made our stay unforgettable. There was even a great musical one evening!
Shuttles to the beach run smoothly, the beach itself is beautiful, and the all-inclusive experience continues there. Guests at the hotel were also wonderful—friendly and family-oriented.
We wouldn’t change a thing: the quality, the price, the staff, and the overall experience made this one of our best vacations.

Everything was great. Keep in mind that this hotel is not for those looking for parties, and in my opinion it’s less suitable for couples—although couples can still enjoy it. There are simply more children than adults here.
Nakonec jsme byli ubytovani v sesterskem hotelu Rhodos Princess, vše dokonale, rádi se vrátíme, děkujeme za vse:-).
Very nice all inclusive hotel .the facilities was nice , the room is comfortble and the staff were great .
The quality of the food must be improved ,but in general it is a value for money option.
Friendly staff, nothing was a problem for them.
Mess around the pool area with people leaving cups/food etc instead of binning it.
Food amazing, rooms are very clean, staff very helpful, hotel has car rent, its very comfortable and cheap.

They have a rule of sun beds been reserved after 9:30 am this is a complete lie sun beds would be reserved early hours in the morning, I would wake up at 7:30-8:00 and they would be full, meaning we didn’t have a pool day for the entire time staying there ( 6 nights )
The stuff was very friendly and tried its best all around to help and provide good service.
The entertainment team were amazing. Kind and fun and created such a good vibe both for adult and for the kids.
The kids club and the girls there just were remarkable and the group in general, they remember all the kids names and smile and wave every time they see them around the hotel like they were old friends, make them feel included and important regardless if they speak English or not. GOOD JOB!
It is important to note I think it's a family hotel and less for couples, but it is not load, and you can have a relaxing experience.
I think the cleaning in the snack bar can be better, specifically in the line to get drinks.
Also, the wine selection for the all-inclusive option
We didn't like the photographer that took our pictures and only later told us it is extra payment we came for the all-inclusive experience, and we didn't expect it extra cost for something that is being offered to us in the hotel lobby 40 euro for 3 pictures it not OK.
Please consider putting AC in the auditorium as it is really hot after a few minutes
It is really hot outside when you are waiting for the beach carrier to come and take you to the beach, and sometimes it takes 20 minutes + of waiting it is not fun with small children
