Should have been a much better stay
Pros:

Room was of a good size. Breakfast was very good. On arrival the room was very clean.

Cons:

Room service was not very good. towels were not changed during my stay (4 nights) and cleaning was not carried out, no vacuuming or cleaning of used cups/glasses. Bed was made but linen not changed. The bar was part of the building but seemed like a students bar. Some of the staff were very surly. On Saturday morning I ordered a beer which was served, I asked for the outside tables and chairs to be unlocked, the server seemed to have a problem with this. However she returned to the bar not giving me any information regarding the furniture, when I asked her what was occurring she informed me the bar was closed ! Despite the fact the door sign said open and I was holding a drink. Seemed like I was being fobbed off

Empfehlenswert, gerne wieder
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierter Check-in, kostenloser abgesperrter Parkplatz, sehr sauber, geräumige Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig leicht zu erreichen.

Cons:

Betten für alte Zausel etwas hart, TV (für News) funktionierte nicht (Meldung verschlüsseltes Signal, sonst nichts). Aber das ist kein Beinbruch, es gibt ja Tablets bzw. Smartphones.

Pobyt uważam za udany, z pewnością wrócę

Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu, Rynek spacerkiem ok. 30 minut, po przeciwnej stronie piękny park, stadion Wisły Kraków

Dont buy breakfast not worth it.

Helpful stuff,Nice location and free parking.
Comfortable room.

Cons:

Breakfast was not fresh and on Sunday there was nothing we can eat like croissants only polish breakfast.Bread wasn’t fresh.
