Cena skvělá, jídlo vynikající,personál příjemný . Předání klíče v obálce a odevzdani do kastliku super.

Cons:

Prez recenze jsem prehlidla,že tam hned jezdi vlak takže docela hlučné místo a bohužel pokoj podkrovní bez klimatizace. A v pondělí restaurace nevari. Ale díky tomu jsme se prošly na parádní místo kde jsme se najedli i vykoupali.

Aussicht vom Balkon geradeaus zu den Bergen.

Cons:

Sehr sparsames Frühstück, wenn die Brötchen alle waren, gab es keine mehr. Kaffeemaschen Reinigung, damit es weiter geht, kam auf Anfrage.

Pros:

Heel erg vriendelijk personeel/eigenaar. Toen we aankwamen was er een heleboel gezelligheid omdat Oostenrijk moest voetballen. Er stond een groot scherm. Wij vonden het erg gezellig. Je kunt er ook prima eten.

Cons:

Het dorpje Lenzing is niet zo veel, maar met de fiets of auto ben je wel snel bij wat meer gezelligheid.

Pros:

Von der Buchung bis zum Einchecken war es unkompliziert. Ich habe kein Personal zu Gesicht bekommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war - bei der Hitze - ganz oben, die Fenster zu und die Luft war aufgeheizt. Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Bei geöffnetem Fenster konnte man kaum schlafen, weil die Bahnstrecke und die Straße vor dem Fenster verläuft.
Das Zimmer war alt und abgenutzt, aber sauber.

Vůbec jsme se nevyspali.
Pros:

Hezké prostředí.

Cons:

Zrovna jsme cestovali v tom příšerném horku a na pokojích není klimatizace.
V podkrovních pokojích bylo strašné horko k nevydržení.
V posteli chyběla lamela roštu, tak se propadala matrace a tím spal jsem v díře.
Na recepci žádný personál.
V přízemí hotelu je hezká restaurace, ale byl tam jeden číšník a jeden kuchař.
Restaurace byla celkem plná a personál nestíhal.
Po asi 30 min čekání na obsluhu jsme odjeli do vedlejší vesnice do krásné pizzerie.
Před hotelem je obří obrazovka a promítalo se tam zrovna MS ve fotbale, takže ráno ve 4:00 tam začal neskutečný hluk.

I have never written negative reviews although I travel very often (have Genius Level 3 member on Booking). However, after my stay at this hotel, I felt it was necessary to write this review to warn other guests who may be considering staying here.First of all, the location. The hotel is situated right next to a major road and tram tracks. Since the room has no air conditioning, we were forced to keep the window and balcony door open at all times. Directly below our windows was a restaurant that operates until 23:00. As a result, we could not sleep due to the combination of heat, loud laughter from guests, and the constant noise of traffic, which continued until around 00:30.Our attempt to spend the evening in the hotel restaurant was also unsuccessful. A young waiter refused to clear a table left dirty by previous guests, explaining that the restaurant was full and his shift was about to end (this was at 20:40).However, the biggest surprise came at night. At exactly 4:00 AM, a football match began broadcasting on a large screen right in front of the hotel, with sound levels comparable to a stadium. With the windows and balcony door open, it felt as if we had woken up in the middle of a live football match.The breakfast was equally disappointing. When we came down at 7:15, there was almost no food left, and the tables were dirty. Staff only started bringing out fresh food when we were already leaving.We contacted the hotel administration with our feedback and suggestions for improving the service, but received no response whatsoever.It appears that the management does not value the hotel’s reputation or its guests’ opinions.For these reasons, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not want others to experience what we went through.
