Zero communication, very poor management and lack of customer care.

Cons:

We stayed here for a single night during a long drive, and it was a terrible experience. We booked a room with 3 beds and sent 3 separate messages via Booking.com beforehand to confirm the bed configuration. We received zero human replies -only automated responses. I even called reception directly on the day of arrival to confirm our late check-in key pickup and re-confirmed our requirement for 3 beds. When we arrived late at night, we picked up the key only to find a room with just 2 beds. Because there was no staff on site overnight, there was no one to fix the mistake. Three of us were forced to squeeze onto two beds, leading to a completely sleepless night in the middle of a long car journey. When I reported this at checkout, the staff didn't even bother to offer an apology. Their only solution was waiving the ~€10 city tax.

Ár-érték arányban remek volt! Az út mellett van, de mégis csendes.

Cons:

Vasárnap este érkeztünk, a kulcs névre szólóan várt a recepción, de nehezen találtuk meg a szobát, egy térkép az előtérben segített volna.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dobre materace, przyzwoite śniadanie, cisza i spokojna atmosfera- wszystko OK. Z restauracji nie skorzystaliśmy bo akurat zamknęli kuchnie.

Zakelijke snelle check in zonder verdere uitleg.
De kamer was niet goed schoon, spinnenwebben.
Lakens waren niet schoon of kunnen niet meer schoongewassen worden, beter vervangen.
Schimmel in de randen van de douchecabine.
Ontbijt was slecht, onvoldoende keuze en voorraad, geen vorkjes om vlees of kaas te pakken, moest dus met je handen of een vieze tang. Roerei was koud en op, zat geen water in de au bain marie. Er stonden rauwe eieren die je zelf moest koken in een bak, maar dat lukt helemaal niet.
Dit gasthuis/hotel is geen aanrader, ook niet voor een tussenstop. Voldoet aan geen enkele norm.
