If you want to find a place near to Lincoln uni, it might be an option.
Pros:

The location is quite close to the shops and Lincoln Uni.

Cons:

There is some road construction work processing during my stay. It is a bit noisy in the early morning. And the room smells a bit weird.

Clean comfortable accommodation and very handy to have restaurant meals available downstairs.

Overall it was ideal for us for the night had everything you need for short stay, bed was very comfy
Pros:

Great spot to stay as it was very close walking distance to the event we were attending. We had breakfast the next morning and it was delicious, great value for money.

Cons:

The rooms could have done with sound proofing , won't put us off staying again .

Good value but you can hear karaoke clearly from rooms
Pros:

Staff were excellence, food was great, room was nice and had everything you needed including a comfortable bed

Cons:

Stayed Friday night with karaoke from 9-12pm and could hear everything. All the bad singing and very loud music. Some songs with a heavy base were vibrating through the bed. Not as much fun as you might think and not what you wanted after hoping for an early night after a days travel.
Major roadworks around the pub made it tricky as out of towners to find our way in and was woken at 7am by heavy machinery however if this was the only noise I would've give a 5/5 rating as everything else is really great. Might pay to ring and ask if theres a band, karaoke playing when booking
