Wouldn't stay anywhere else, when in that area.
Pros:

Great Management, All the Bar staff and cleaners are really great, Always ready help and assist you in any way they can. I have stayed there many times, It just keeps getting Better every time I stay. Peter & Meryl, 10 out 10, no worries.

Comfortable Night’s Stay
Pros:

This accommodation was clean and comfortable for a one night stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel was surrounded by road works and not easy to get to. Beer Garden noisy until about 10 p.m.

Convenient for the work I was doing at Lincoln
Pros:

Perfect for work at Lincoln Univerdity - good bus service to ciry center

Cons:

not only big complaint but a little noisy at night as the students were celebrating

If you want to find a place near to Lincoln uni, it might be an option.
Pros:

The location is quite close to the shops and Lincoln Uni.

Cons:

There is some road construction work processing during my stay. It is a bit noisy in the early morning. And the room smells a bit weird.

Clean comfortable accommodation and very handy to have restaurant meals available downstairs.

Could have had 2 chairs in the bedroom area rather than just one.

Overall it was ideal for us for the night had everything you need for short stay, bed was very comfy
Pros:

Great spot to stay as it was very close walking distance to the event we were attending. We had breakfast the next morning and it was delicious, great value for money.

Cons:

The rooms could have done with sound proofing , won't put us off staying again .
