Good value but you can hear karaoke clearly from rooms
Pros:

Staff were excellence, food was great, room was nice and had everything you needed including a comfortable bed

Cons:

Stayed Friday night with karaoke from 9-12pm and could hear everything. All the bad singing and very loud music. Some songs with a heavy base were vibrating through the bed. Not as much fun as you might think and not what you wanted after hoping for an early night after a days travel.
Major roadworks around the pub made it tricky as out of towners to find our way in and was woken at 7am by heavy machinery however if this was the only noise I would've give a 5/5 rating as everything else is really great. Might pay to ring and ask if theres a band, karaoke playing when booking

Cons:

The extensive roadworks going on out in the street made access difficult.
(Realising, of course, that this is not the hotel's fault.)

Perfect for short stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect for reason why i was there

Cons:

No aircon, and two single bed were combined to make a double bed which is very uncomfortable in the middle.
