Pros:

除了少部分時間，會聽到小孩在走廊上說話聲音，大多時間3樓房間頗安靜，雖然303房間就在出電梯後左轉第一間右手邊房間。

Cons:

1乾濕分離的淋浴間牆角有一點點污垢沒有刷乾淨。
2小冰箱有點舊，不過冰2瓶房間裡的礦泉水，還是夠冰。
3三樓無飲水機：櫃檯服務人員說，房間裡有煮開水的熱水壺，1樓、5樓各有一台飲水機。
4距離夜市有一點點距離，得稍微走一下，不過周遭都是住宅，所以到了夜裡，應該比離羅東夜市最近的8-10樓的金羅東大飯店更加安靜。
