Charm und good vibes
Pros:

Ganz tolle Bungalow Anlage mit viel Charm!
Das Personal war total entspannt und hilfsbereit.
Sehr saubere Zimmer / Anlage

Cons:

Wake up with the sound of the sea💕
Pros:

I love the people who work there, they were very friendly and always cared about us.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't like was that sometimes the lights were off from 5pm till 11pm, so it was a bit uncomfortable because the AC was not working

Great hotel but needs a new manager.
Pros:

The first room we had was very nice and comfortable. The location is stunning. The hotel is fantastic. The pool was perfect.

Cons:

The plumber flooded our nice
room so we had to move to another room (not as nice) for the rest of our stay, without much of an apology from the manager for our disruption.
We also found a plastic bag in our lunch! We had ordered a chapati filled with bolognese and the bolognese was still in the plastic bag.. how this happened I dont know. They did make us another one but no apology from the manager, and we had to pay for it. If the manager had been more apologetic I wouldn't be writing this.
We found the food a bit hit and miss (also a long wait) so we ate in a different place at night. Its a shame because this is such a lovely place to stay on the beach.
The staff were not so friendly, nice and polite but not much in the way of customer service.

Pros:

Dommage !

Stay next door at the Zanzibar Pearl bit more expensive, but worth it to relax and feel clean
Pros:

The staff were nice. Amani was helpful. Right on a beautiful beach and pool was nice. That’s probably all that was nice about this hotel. There was building work going on and the nice manager let us choose which room to use which was kind. That didn’t mean either room were actually nice though…

Cons:

Seles was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Ants infestations everywhere - rooms, restaurant etc. We felt like our feet were filthy just walking to the bathroom in our room. We wanted a relaxing stay, but the sound of the loud trees on the front ruined that, on top of which there were no sun loungers by the pool. Poached eggs for breakfast were gross. Good thought behind evening entertainment, but ruined by the fact it didn’t match the clientele ie karaoke but with about 6 people in the restaurant who were all older. Dinner also took more than an hour to arrive.

Lucky us to found this boutique hotel !!! Enjoy yourself & do not hesitate to book. Enjoyable place
Pros:

First of all the welcoming staff is excellent! Our experience was excellent! What we liked was feeling at home. Everyone ask you from the morning to the evening if you need something more , how they can help. The housekeepers can’t wait to clean in a perfect way! To change the towels every day & make the bed with flowers etc…We were very surprised also about the good meals they served. Quality and presentation as well! Good location in front of the beach with the sofa area made us very happy to enjoy the scenario in front ! 🏝️ thank you for your welcome! Truly appreciated!
