I made this reservation for my husband and son, because I stayed in Villa Kiva 4 years earlier and it was amazing. They enjoyed the hospitality and the food. The owner was very friendly and very much focused on delivering the best customer experience.

Cons:

Pros:

Struttura molto ben curata in ogni dettaglio. Ideale per un soggiorno in pieno relax , posizione ottima, ristorante di ottimo livello con cucina internazionale per tutti i gusti. Perfect place for peaceful and beautiful holiday

I highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful and peaceful holiday. The staff attitude is absolutely outstanding, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

The food is excellent — definitely spend your evenings at the restaurant, where you will be warmly served and enjoy delicious meals. I truly have nothing to complain about.

There are tides at the beach, but they are not extreme. The beach is right next to the hotel, looks great, and swimming is safe. It is a quiet beach with very few vendors, which makes it much more enjoyable than busier areas.

The hotel has two pools and several sunbed areas to relax. Everything is clean, well maintained, and the air conditioning works perfectly. This was our favorite hotel during the trip, with the best hospitality. I also recommend booking excursions through the hotel — we had an amazing dolphin swimming experience.

Highly recommended — you won’t regret it!

Vi boede 6 nætter på Villa Kiva og havde et helt igennem fantastisk ophold. Beliggenheden direkte på stranden er helt enestående og skaber en ro og stemning, som er svær at finde andre steder. Værelserne er smagfuldt indrettet med stor sans for detaljer, serviceniveauet er sublimt, og maden var veltillavet og virkelig lækker. En særlig ros skal gå til manager Pedro, som med stort nærvær, indlevelse og oprigtig omsorg gjorde, at man følte sig ekstremt velkommen og godt taget hånd om under hele opholdet.

Hôtel qui appelle à la détente dans un très beau cadre.

L’emplacement au bord de l’océan.
Les jardins sont magnifiques, la terrasse qui donne sur l’océan est incroyable.
Le personnel chaleureux, convivial, souriant et efficace.

Cons:

Les oursins !!! Avoir l’océan en face de nous et ne pas pouvoir se baigner car des oursins en grande quantité ! Ça a été notre plus grande déception.
Les vendeurs sur la plage très insistant !
