great resort
Pros:

Tucked away in the small town of Jenbach in Austria, this resorts is by far the best i have been as every detail has been meticulously thought of with all the amenities one can expect fro a 5 star resort. The spa and the pools are amazing and the buffet and dinner, food in general is gourmet.

Great hotel
Pros:

We stayed for the second time in this hotel and all I can stay is a great hotel
The service is great, the smile is always here
We traveled for years in Austria and the Alpenrose in one of the best
They make the difference with the quality of the equipments, the SPA, swimming pool, restaurent, the bar and the most important the service
They anticipate and make sure that the customer is always happy and have a nice time and this is very important
Great job :) keep it going

Great stay
Pros:

We stayed for 5 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Alpenrose Cocoon is a great place to stay. Rooms are well designed with the built in Sauna adding to the personalized effect. Food is tasty and plenty and so one is over fed. The Spa area is huge and has many options with both in-house and outside swimming pools. However, key areas of the Spa are Textile free only. Location wise the hotel is well placed for a nice walk to the Achensee or by car to Innsbruck.
Last but the key part that made our stay „great“ was the entire staff of Alpenrose. Starting from the reception during check-in, to the staff in the restaurants, bar, spa, and everyone we met from the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. We will surely visit again.

One of the best wellness places ever
Pros:

From the ambiance, the food, quality service, friendly staff. We always go back to this Unforgettable place. They also have the best spa service. I have been here at least four times and always always impressed with this hotel. They just get better and better.

Stressing down with my spouse
Pros:

I am very careful with superlatives, but this hotel is an absolute jewel. At arrival, the baggage and car are taken care off, and one gets a relaxing welcome and explanation, accompanied with a prosecco, or drink of choice. The hotel, as it was shown, is very luxurious designed, in both traditional and modern looks in all areas. Obviously, the owner did not save much in getting the details right. All the amenities, wellness areas and pools are kept very nicely, and everything is clean and cozy. The choice and quality of food is excellent, and one can make it a day to just eat and drink at 4 inclusive meals and snacks. Having a fixed table for the stay was a nice touch as well. The staff we have met were all very well trained and service minded. The room and view were fantastic. We will definitely be back next winter!

Nice hotel, mediocre service
Pros:

I’m currently visiting the hotel with the family and bit surprised of the personnel... people seem to be a bit stressed and you don’t see a lot of greetings or smiles that I’m used to in other places like this. Room is nice, we have a suite in the older part of the hotel. Bathroom has dangerously slippery floors when even a little bit wet, I fell and hit my head on the door frame😕 Food is ok but nothing spectacular. Awesome kids club, my son enjoys a lot.
